The employee in the drive thru couldn't hear me, and I was just about screaming. The food was hot! But they had a flood in the front of the building that concerned me, and it wasn't raining.

I eat at churches often. The staff is most of the time very accommodating and friendly. Today I tried the spicy rice for the first time and I was quite disappointed. The flavor of the rice is good, but it seems like they may be cooking it a little too long. It was very mushy almost like mashed potatoes.
This is my first time trying the spicy rice. It's very tasty.. but the texture sucks. It's moochy to the point where I don't need to chew, I can just swallow... not good.

First, I was told I had to come in to pick up my order from online. When I go to the door, the door is locked, and then they tell me I got to go through the drive-thru, which had probably eight cars in front of me. My order consisted of spicy. But because of the workers' nasty attitudes. They felt it was funny to give me the original. Which was very Bland and nasty because I don't eat original. Spicy or nothing! Just horrible workers

Visited my local Church's Chicken today for my favorite chicken sandwich. I ordered three of them, one for myself, one for my spouse and one for my dog.
I was very sad to find that the chicken somehow went from being a beautiful white meat chicken breast to being a processed chicken patty. That was worse than McDonald's. McChicken.
Y'all can do better. And if you added a cheaper version, it shouldn't be called the classic chicken sandwich.
I look forward to your chapter 11 bankruptcy in the future

How do you go to a business that sells nothing but chicken for the manager to tell you that you can not have nine pieces! That doesn't make sense to me. Management always appears to have a bad attitude. I like the employee, but I don't think the management is respectful. It used to be run by Americans, not anymore 😕 🙃 😒
