First, I was told I had to come in to pick up my order from online. When I go to the door, the door is locked, and then they tell me I got to go through the drive-thru, which had probably eight cars in front of me. My order consisted of spicy. But because of the workers' nasty attitudes. They felt it was funny to give me the original. Which was very Bland and nasty because I don't eat original. Spicy or nothing! Just horrible workers

Visited my local Church's Chicken today for my favorite chicken sandwich. I ordered three of them, one for myself, one for my spouse and one for my dog.
I was very sad to find that the chicken somehow went from being a beautiful white meat chicken breast to being a processed chicken patty. That was worse than McDonald's. McChicken.
Y'all can do better. And if you added a cheaper version, it shouldn't be called the classic chicken sandwich.
I look forward to your chapter 11 bankruptcy in the future

How do you go to a business that sells nothing but chicken for the manager to tell you that you can not have nine pieces! That doesn't make sense to me. Management always appears to have a bad attitude. I like the employee, but I don't think the management is respectful. It used to be run by Americans, not anymore 😕 🙃 😒

Got the Tuesdays Special and it was hot and fresh. The only problem was the biscuit. It was not good. I usually just go for the bread but the chicken stole the show that day.
We just relocated from Charleston to Newnan and this is by far the best Churches chicken We have ever had!! It was very fresh, extremely hot, not dry whatsoever and VERY juicy- It was cooked perfectly and spiced just right-The honey biscuits were absolutely scrumptious! Kudos to the workers for doing such a wonderful job and the owners who must have a wonderful work ethic to run this place so well!! We will definitely be back! This location that we ordered from was 20 Hospital Rd., Newnan, GA 30263

Seems quality in food has gone down .sandwiches not as appealing ng or tasty as they were even 5 yrs ago. Not very personable anymore
The employees don't using gloves, I saw her cause I have to come back to after checking my order in the parking lot cause they always mess up my orde so this time i check before a leave, i saw her with not glove serving food top on that she was scratching her back and hit putting her hand in side cloth toucher her skin I ask her why you guyd dont using gloves she tell me im not toching youre the food i tell yes you do im watching you.(you can check camaras and see it.) Top on that she give me acttitude cause she's was insinuating the i steal the food o something and i did tell her no mam you do not put the fries i can bring you the bag so you can see itswhen she's was serving my food the one of the drive thru taking order have attitude dont even greetings o said thank you and nothing don't even smile

Was in the area running errands and decided to treat Mom to her fav. Once again, top notch service with great attitudes. Ms Tebana, R was super kind & sweet. Couldn't get all thighs like me & Mom like, but still a great vibe hands down. Thx for making our day and making dinner duty free?

Welcome to a business that feels like they are forced to do business with you and not very polite. When you purchase their chicken which has no flavor and out of 1 sauce and when you ask for another they want to charge you 54 cents per sauce. They don't want to give good customer service and way too expensive. Definitely won't be back. KFC has better chicken and waaaaayyyy better customer service.
