Management and workers are very rude and nasty. Refused to serve me a waffle bowl after I waited to be acknowledged for 10 minutes. The reason was because the manager took the waffle cones to the back because they were about to close. I then asked why they couldn’t get one from the back. Again I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Horrible experience worker tried arguing with me and manager refused to talk to me.

Wanted to order an ice cream cake that no longer exists, so I called and talked with someone who helped me figure out how to recreate it. It was a custom cake order, made in advance. It was ready when it was supposed to be, and I'm told that the pick up was easy (someone got it for me). I called twice with questions and both times I talked with friendly, helpful people. We were able recreate the old cake, almost exactly, and everyone loved it!! Great experience overall, would definitely get another cake from this location.

All the tables were so dirty..worker only standing around, ice cream half melted (they raised the temperature to make them easier to scoop, but they’re just like milk shake. I wanted side by side two different flavors with one of them add a topping but the worker insisted my two flavors to be mixed!!! I told her three times, I like them side by side but she had to mix them!! I’ve been going to cold stone so many years..only in Newnan I got this problem!!

So I’m pregnant and all I’ve been craving is cold stones Apple pie ice cream. I went today to get some ice cream. I arrived at 7:30, online says they close at 8 and the sign on the front of the building as well. I get there and the doors are locked but the two workers are standing in there behind the counter…. 30 MINUTES before closing time. I almost placed the order on my app to just pick up and I’m glad I didn’t. This really pissed me off especially since they just stood there staring at me. Change the hours on the building and on google if you’re going to be closed sooner.

This was such a great experience Duncan was the best hands down.. If you are ever in Newnan Ga stop by and ask for him. If it’s not right he will take care of it!! THANK YOU DUNCAN!! We’ll be back soon…

This is my second time at this location since I had a good experience with the cookies make everything batter the first time. I ordered cookies make everything batter again and the going bananas (banana pudding) flavors. I was called by another employee to come on down to pay. I did that and went to have a seat. I didn’t think I needed to watch the other employee make my ice cream but I guess now I should have. I didn’t check it at the store but when I got home I realized all I got was ice cream. ( no cookies, no additives, nothing but ice cream) I think the employees should be on the same page as to what goes in what. The first employee got it spot on but the second one definitely dropped the ball. I’m so disappointed and will try another cold stone in the future.

Alise W.did an amazing job.When me and my wife walked in she had a line to the door.They were all adults and little kids . Looked like they were on a field trip. The outside dining area was completely full. Despite being extremely busy. She couldn’t have been more professional! She was cool,calm and collective. And had a smile on her face through it all.Even though she had no one else to help or assist her. And the ice cream was as good as ever!Thank you Rob Oliver

There's a reason why the reviews keep going down. This establishment has turned into the trashiest establishment in Ashley Park. The staff was rude, did not even acknowledge our existence and then when it was brought to their attention that they were being rude one of the employees rolled her eyes and stormed off running her mouth. There are better places to go to get ice cream in Newnan.

Friday night we decided to go for some icecream. Walked in, people were still being served and the lady behind the counter told us they were closed. I asked them what time they closed and they said 9 pm. It was a full 15 minutes before close. They had already stripped down the ice cream slabs and started full clean up. I can’t imagine the owner appreciating losing $40 over 15 minutes. My family wasn’t the only ones turned away. I wonder how many times that has happened.

Very unprofessional, employees will judge you and cuss right in front of you. You’ll know who they are once you walk in and see. Good ice cream, horrible service

I was nearby the cold stone with my pet dog today and decided to stop by. I was immediately confronted with a genuine welcome and great customer service by a lady named Ja’Nique. She represented cold stone with great passion and took my order with no hesitation. She even asked me if my dog would like a pupcup. I would’ve thought the girl was a supervisor the way she conducted business. I had no choice but to leave a tip. She deserves a promotion in my opinion because this coldstone will see my face everyday now because of that young lady!!!

The wife and I had such a great experience this past Wednesday evening (8.14.2024.) When we walked in the door we were greeted by 3 friendly faces Cameren, K'lin, and Donna. (yes I did ask them to spell there names for me) I really hope I got those right. The girls were so much fun and made us feel right at home. They were camera shy, but I will include a couple pics from our visit.
Y'all the place was spotless, the bathroom was clean, and y'all gotta try Coffee, with Reeses Cups, and caramel!!! SO GOOD!!!

Ordered 2 smoothies, each was blended for about 3 seconds. They were anything but smooth. Huge chunks of fruit and ice, no chance you'll drink them with a straw. Never coming back to this place for anything.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Cold Stone in Newnan. Unfortunately, the ice cream I purchased there left me & my mother with food poisoning. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure the well-being of their customers in the future.
