Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Food was ok. The hash brown casserole tasted different. When I got my pancake, it was lukewarm at best (wouldn't melt the butter they had put on top). The service was ok also but overall, I was very disappointed. Not sure I'll eat here very often.

Food taste was good but not as expected. Food wait time was longer than normal. Service was like in a hurry, like there wasn't enough people doing their job and just leaving 3 people working while the rest where just talking in the kitchen entrance. Atmosphere was awesome, I really like this kind of restaurants and the mini store is an extra you can really enjoy while you wait for ur table or when you're leaving.

The wife and I ordered meatloaf all was cold the mash potatoes you could stick with fork and pick up the hold order. The worst meal I have ever had at Crackers Barrel.

I had an awful experience. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food, It was brought to us incorrectly by the manager. Once the order was corrected the manger not once made a suggestion to take accountability and make things right.

I didn’t enjoy my meal nor my overall experience because of the lack of customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

The waitress was awesome however, the hostess was extremely rude. I had accidentally gone up thinking our table was ready. I was hungry. Simple mistake. The waitress said very rudely that they didn’t have our name and walked away. Our name was called about 10 mins later and she said our name but added “again”. It was almost funny but it was very aggressive. I love Cracker Barrel and I will always come back.

The service was great with a gal named Piper who went out of her way to make certain my mother and I were very pleased with the service she provided. Congrats to Piper! As far as the store goes, I don't find much there that is appealing anymore. And the items that could be somewhat appealing are too expensive for items that come from China Find more American items to sell in your stores.

Solid. Food was hot and good. Met expectations.

Had to wait 25-ish minutes to even put in our drink order. Food was decent.

We sat here for 1 hour before we got our food. It wasn't even warm. Terrible management of the kitchen. We arrived at 1230 lunch time was seated at 1240 didn't get any food until 145?!

Absolutely horrible I’ve eaten here several times in the past and it was great, this time It was bad. The steak was cut badly look like it had a teratoma growing out of the side of it. My mashed potatoes were old. They were like hockey puck. They brought my shrimp out on top of a bunch of french fries like a filler. It was just altogether horrible. It tasted like microwaved Stouffer‘s you buy and heat up. I should’ve just went to the grocery store and got a TV dinner The staff is too busy playing grab ass in the kitchen, don’t even bother. I know I didn’t ask for my food to be sent back. Why bother so it could be tampered with I just won’t go back.

We ordered the Friday fried fish and it was very small pieces!! We kept having to ask for refills !!!

Floors were dirty around the tables. They didn’t let us know they were out of stuff until they brought out part of our order.

The meatloaf was not good at all.
Had to wait over and hour to pick up foid I ordered on the app, the resturant was really busy but line if people waiting forever to pick up food inside.
