Never open...
Stopped by this establishment multiple times over a 2 week period during the posted hours and they are always closed ( chairs on table and lights off).

It’s seems like they are never open. Even today when I try to go in, the doors were locked and I checked online and they were open. So I don’t know if it’s how the employees or managers run it or idk. All I got to say is this is how you run this establishment go ahead and CLOSE permanently :)

So much to say on this place. First off let me start by saying the ice cream itself here has been amazing. It’s so creamy and good! However, the customer service and cleanliness here has gone to zero. When they first opened, the workers were friendly and did their job well. But now, every time I seem to walk in, explicit music is playing at a level where you can’t hear yourself speak. The employees are not well mannered, and seem to be upset to work when customers walk in. The tables are always sticky and covered in crumbs of all kinds. I am so utterly disappointed at the way this place is being ran now, and truly wish it would be better because the ice cream itself is amazing like I mentioned. I would not mind paying more for an ice cream if the atmosphere and service was good. But I cannot come back here because the service has gotten to be so horrible.

Took a minute before we were greeted and checked out. Employee at the cash register was very kind and thorough in checking for dairy ingredients in toppings. Order was made within 5 minutes! Super sweet but very good, I got the biscoff signature creation

Absolutely loved this spot! The milkshakes were insanely good—super creamy, rich in flavor, and topped with the perfect extras (highly recommend the Oreo or strawberry cheesecake!). What really made it special was the view. Whether you're sitting on the patio or near the windows, you get an amazing look at [insert what the view is of—city skyline, ocean, mountains, sunset, etc.]. It’s the kind of place where you sip slow just to soak it all in. Great vibes, friendly staff, and a perfect place to treat yourself. Can’t wait to come back!

Why is this place never open? 8pm on a Friday and they have long been closed when hours posted say open until 9. This happens all the time, I guess the only thing keeping them in business is their absolutely insane profit margin per cup sold for the two hours they’re open every other Thursday before 4

Came to get some tasty treats and was greeted by a DOG!
I am highly allergic to dogs and cats!
To make it worse, the dog owner came up to the spoons and after rubbing and petting on the dog, reached in a spoon out of the container of spoons.
Q: What are the Georgia rules about dogs in restaurants?
A: Georgia Food Service Rules and Regulations require restaurants to obtain approval
from the local health department before providing a dog-friendly dining space. This dining
space must be outside and only accessible from the outside. Pet owners are not allowed
to walk their dogs through any indoor dining areas or non-designated areas to access a
dog-friendly dining patio. Only service animals that perform a task or service for their
owners are allowed inside restaurants in Georgia. Pet dogs, comfort dogs or other
animals are not allowed in any indoor dining areas of restaurants.
Q: How will I know if a restaurant is dog-friendly?
A: Restaurants are required to notify customers that their establishment is dog-friendly. This
information will be available through signs, or from restaurant staff. The restaurant must have an
outside entrance to the dog-friendly area that will allow the pet owner and their dog to access the
patio without walking through the indoor dining room. Only service dogs are allowed inside of a
restaurant.
Q: Can my dog sit at the table with me?
A: No. Dogs that accompany their owners to restaurants with dog-friendly dining patios are
always required to be on a leash and under the owner’s control. Dogs are not allowed to be on
tables, chairs or other furniture at the restaurant. The pet owner must ensure their dog does not
come into contact with tableware or utensils at the restaurant.
Q: Is my dog allowed to eat with me on a dog-friendly dining patio?
A: No. To protect the public’s health and safety, dogs are not allowed to eat on a dog-friendly
dining patio. Some dogs become aggressive around food and eating stimulates a dog’s digestive
system increasing the likelihood that they will vomit or defecate immediately afterward.
Q: What if my dog has an accident while on the dog-friendly patio?
A: Restaurants with approved dog-friendly dining patios are required to have materials available
for cleaning up after a dog, if an accident occurs.
Q: If it is hot outside, can a restaurant give my dog water?
A: If you visit a restaurant with a dog-friendly patio, the restaurant can provide a single-use,
disposable bowl of water that you can give your pet away from the dining area. Dogs are not
allowed to eat or drink in the dining area.
Q: Will restaurant employees be able to pet my dog?
A: Restaurant employees working with and around food are not allowed to touch or pet animals.

Great treat especially on nice hot days. Never had ice cream and captain crunch in the same breath!

The pictures looked amazing, we tried to order 2 nights in a row, yesterday at 7pm, and today at 6pm. Both times the store was closed. We even drove to the Newnan location last night and at 8pm everything was dark, chairs put up no one in site. If they are closed they need to update their website.

It’s sad that we repeatedly try to get ice cream from this location and they keep failing at their one job-be open and make ice cream. We drive there one night and they were closing an hour early, we called in one night to get an order made they said they don’t do that, we went there another night and it took them 43 minutes to get 3 pints. The next time I placed a Grubhub order and it got cancelled after I waited 30 minutes because Grubhub said they wouldn’t answer phone. I then called 3 times before I got them to answer and they argued with me and said they aren’t in Grubhub they are on door dash-so I said ok if I order on DoorDash I can get delivery? He then asked someone and said no that they don’t do that either?!? I’d have to come in. It’s sad because they have the best ice cream and I have a dairy allergy and they make oat base everything. Really wish they could get it together.

Ice cream is very good. Milk and cream chilled by liquid nitrogen. Place gets busy and waits can exceed 20. Staff was focused on getting customers taken care of. Had the Chocolate Explosion. Very good!

Randomly cancels DoorDash orders placed well before closing time with no explanation, after waiting for the order for a long time. Multiple times! Get off DoorDash if you don’t want the business!

It was my first time seeing ice cream made this way, the ice cream for the best I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled all over the US but haven’t had anything like this. 10/10 recommend
