Purchased a banana upside down cake today and it was disgusting and dry/hard. I am not sure if it was just an old cake that I got but it was absolutely not edible and went straight into the trash. I bought the same cake at another location a few days earlier and it was moist and delicious. This location needs to do better in baking/preparing their cakes.

Great service as far as dealing with the payment you deal with the machine your self. Cookies were delicious. Employees must have been having a bad day. All seemed they did not want to be there at all making a paycheck. This was the first time I tried the cookies my daughter had been raving about forever . I did indeed love the chocolate chip the best. I definitely will try again.

I usually don't do reviews, but the fact that I'm on hold now for 17:12 is only making me more upset. The lemon cakes are extremely dry and the chocolate chip is just hard all I wanted to know is how I can get a fresh replacement tomorrow and the ASM who said he was the closest person to a store manager couldn't tell me yes for a replacement. He said hold at 2mins and now I'm at 20:47...at this point I will be back tomorrow for a refund. This gentleman has ruined this for me. I lead with I don't want a refund. Hung up and calling back and my sister, just told me it is only 1 guest inside

My daughter and I went to Crumbl this evening and I will say I wasn’t impressed. The cookie wasn’t just soft, it was undercooked. I hope this was just a lapse and not what I should expect from Crumbl.

Hours say open till Midnight Friday and Saturday. Going at 8:30 and they are cleaning. Shut off the neon open sign and told us they didn’t have anything. Went to store next door. Came out 8:47 they locked up shop. Nothing but a bunch of teens running the place and closing early.
