This is my favorite burger place in Newnan. The single delux is not too greasy or saucy, but simple and tastes just right. Drive thru sometimes gets too busy. But dine-in exprerience is always great.

The food is awesome, but the take out and through service at Culver's in Newnan GA is awful. You can consistently expect great eats, just expect to receive it in 20-30 minutes, if you decide to go takeout/go inside the restaurant (on a non busy day with 2-3 other guests in line). Please, do not!!! go through the drive through!! You will wait in line 10 minutes to place your order, then another 10 minutes in the waiting parking spots for your food to be delivered slightly cold, cheese unmelted. And, don't order the concrete mixers, you will pay a nice amount of money for it to be a slightly full portion. I was a fan of Culver's, but I'm officially disappointed in this location.

Food is good... but you have to keep up with the facilities! Take step back and look around. The old worn out canopy tents at the drive through, the lack of care with the landscaping, the old potted plants in the lobby, old and dirty art work on the walls. Sometimes its easy to walk past issues everyday. I encourage you to take a step back, look at your facility and make some improvements. All of your customers will appreciate it.

im extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Culver’s location.
I originally spoke with Jennifer, who was understanding and told me I could bring my receipt back for a full refund due to undercooked bacon on my burger. When I returned a couple days later, the experience was completely different.
The man I spoke with was dismissive and argumentative. I explained that the bacon was severely undercooked( it was extremely light in color and clearly not done). Instead of acknowledging the concern, he insisted the bacon was “cooked thoroughly “ and tried to push me to purchase something else instead of honoring the refund I was promised.
When I explained that I’ve never received bacon that looked like this and it was a food safety concern, he continued to argue and even suggested I should have asked for it “more well done”. That should not be necessary- bacon should be properly cooked by default.
On top of that, the rest of the food was old, dry, and clearly not fresh. The lack of accountability and basic customer care was frustrating and unacceptable. Food safety should never be debated with a customer. Unfortunately, I will not be returning

The resturant was clean. Our foid was brought out quick. The cashier was friendly and patient with my grandchildren making their order.
I order from Culver’s every two weeks and today they didnt make my order correctly even after calling and asking them to so so. Their uber eats app doesnt allow me to swap cheese on the fish sandwhich that I order every two weeks. I call the store and just ask them to switch it. Today they told me to pay an extra 0.40 and I was trying to. However I was hung up on and they put the cheese they wanted to on the sandwhich. Which I can not eat. A waste of my money. My order hasnt even arrived yet
