Skipped the backed up drive through and went inside to order. Absolutely the filthiest fast food restaurant I have ever been in. Entered filthy front doors and it went downhill from there. Inside floors walls and everything else looked like a 3rd world hovel. Won’t go back. May have to call the health Dept and urge them pay the DQ a visit.

We had a $2.00 off coupon for a chicken strip dinner. They said we had to buy 2 dinners for them to honor it. That was not what the coupon said. We had to pay almost $10.00 for it and it was just advertised on TV for 7.95. Don't go and plan on using the coupons that came in the mail at this DQ.

I ordered two sets of chicken tenders meals and the tenders were very hard and didn’t taste fresh. And not to mention the fries were cold. I really wasted my time and money on these meals.
The worst customer service ever! I have reached out directly to coorprate!! I went to order a mocha moolatte through the drive thru, and the girl was awful and rude, they made my drink and tasted disgusting! Not what I wanted at all, when I went back inside to let them know that this is not what I wanted CARMEN, snatched the drink from my hand and then said “what is a mocha moolatte to you” and I said it’s usually a bit darker and taste more like coffee, she then threw it away, and made a new one and the new one she threw at on the counter towards me, and I said “ you need to better your customer service” and she then said something back at me but I was unable to understand her, after that she went outside towards the door to yell again, but I was unable to hear again as I was already in my car! NO ONE COME HERE!! THE WORST!!!!!

My husband just left this establishment 15min ago. To his dismay, he watched the cashier Sarah pet a dog in the car in front of him. As he pulled up, he asked her did she wash her hands and she lied and said she did yet she had not moved from the window. This is unsanitary and unprofessional and we are wondering is there any legal action we can take. And my husband tried to call the establishment 4x’s in a row and no one would answer the phone. I can truly see why this location has such low reviews🤮🤮

We went through the drive thru and placed an order for 3 blizzards and two drinks, the girl taking orders at the window responded to us “Will that be all or do you want another half of the menu?!” We will not be returning here. How incredibly unprofessional. I plan to reach out to the corporate office directly.
