The worst service i EVER HAD at this location. I ordered two pizzas last week and they were dry and disgusting literally. They didn’t have the garlic crust seasoning which is why I love dominoes. They offered to give me one pizza for free. When i ordered the pizza they told me I couldn’t get it because i didn’t call first so I said fine, do i just need to call and then you can do it in the system different. Donna told me “no you’re going to pay for that pizza or your not getting anything.” it was almost like she took it personal. She was SO RUDE. She claimed to be general manager and i asked to speak to district. she said ill take your number and she probably WONT CALL YOU. She refused to let me talk to anyone else. I had to use my points to get something and I will take this corporate. I’ve been going to this exact dominoes for years and never in my life dealt with the treatment I received here, not once . Donna tried to argue with me and made me seem like i was trying to cheat the system. that’s weird it’s just pizza. If she treated me like this, i can only imagine how she’s making other customers feel. This isn’t the behavior of A General Manager not even an employee

I order from this location literally twice to once a week the food is always great but when it comes to communicating with employees I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG WHO WORKS FRONT MAKING PUZZA N TAKING ORDERS WITH HAT WITH ALL OF THOSE BUTTONS ON EM HER ATTITUDE IS VERY FREAKING NASTY THATS EXACTLY WHY I PERFER TO ORDER ON LINE NOT COME IN JUST RUDE AND NASTY DONT TAKE UR ISSUES OUT ON ME CAUSE UR SHORT STAFF STILL SHOW RESPECT AS I AM TO YOU SIMPLE AS THAT OR GO WORK ELSE WERE🙄

Ask for extra cheese got to location look at pizza it had hardly any cheese ask manager about it and he said they are skimpy with the cheese will be call corporate inthe morning

I live 2 miles a way and took almost an hour to deliver a single pizza. This needs to change. Pizza was not up to par. Not warm.
They didn't know how to show me how to use my reward points. Also one of the employees was very rude.. while one was trying to help me as much as he could.Please get someone at the west Washington st. that knows what they are doing..

Ordered By phone. The pizza wasn't what i Ordered. I called to let the company know. The 1st person who answered the phone said they have to see the pizza( a picture) and a credit. Then I said ok (Do not want a credit, want my money back). Then I told him to ask the delivery driver to come back to get the pizza(since u had to "see" the pizza and he hasn't been gone 5 minutes. Then the dominio worker hung up the phone on me. Called back then whomever answered the 2nd time(female) was very rude, snappy because I asked for a refund and tried to explain what had just happened with the 1st caller. But I ended up getting my refund . NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY WITH THIS PARTICULAR DOMINO'S AGAIN! 0 customer service skills!
