Then get at the register had absolutely no clue about anything
They didn't know how to show me how to use my reward points. Also one of the employees was very rude.. while one was trying to help me as much as he could.Please get someone at the west Washington st. that knows what they are doing..

Ordered By phone. The pizza wasn't what i Ordered. I called to let the company know. The 1st person who answered the phone said they have to see the pizza( a picture) and a credit. Then I said ok (Do not want a credit, want my money back). Then I told him to ask the delivery driver to come back to get the pizza(since u had to "see" the pizza and he hasn't been gone 5 minutes. Then the dominio worker hung up the phone on me. Called back then whomever answered the 2nd time(female) was very rude, snappy because I asked for a refund and tried to explain what had just happened with the 1st caller. But I ended up getting my refund . NEVER NEVER EVER WILL I SPEND MY HARD EARN MONEY WITH THIS PARTICULAR DOMINO'S AGAIN! 0 customer service skills!

Highly unsatisfactory experience with NEWNAN, BAKER ROAD LOCATION regarding an undelivered order and unresolved refund.
On December 7th at 7 PM, I placed an order for delivery. Two hours later, the delivery status was marked as "delivered," but I did not receive the food.
I called the store multiple times but received no answer. As a result, I drove to the store. The manager informed me the delivery driver was 14 minutes away and assured me the food was on its way, though they could not explain why the order had been marked "delivered."
I returned home (3.6 miles away) and waited, assuming the driver might be completing other deliveries. After another hour passed with no food, I called the store again. The manager then stated that my order had been refunded.
Current Issue:
It has been 10 days (as of December 18th), and I have not seen any refund processed.
I have called the store multiple times, but the staff has been unhelpful and rude. I was informed that only the manager I initially spoke with could address the issue. This manager has not returned any of my calls. On the one occasion I was able to speak with her (December 14th), she said she needed to "look into it" and would call me back. I have not received any follow-up since.
I am frustrated by the lack of accountability and professionalism in resolving this matter. I would appreciate your assistance in expediting the refund and ensuring this situation is addressed appropriately.

I had my pizza remade not one but three times, and it was only two toppings . Please just check your order before leaving, because they will let you pay knowing the order is wrong !

Show up on time to pick up my orders and it is chaos. The messed up and didn’t do one of my pizzas and end up waiting for them
To make it. No apologies for the mistake. I saw other people coming in and having similar problems. Food is always solid but they need to get it together how they are running that kitchen.
Went into store to order. Seems Dominos wants to push you to order online which I could not do.
Store prices were very high for what used to be great value to get a pizza. Usual carry out special like $6.99 for different items not offered.
Between poor customer service and the overall prices. I would recommend another choice than Dominos in Newnan GA 12 th St store.
I would give all zeros if I could pizza was cold and burnt and they offered to replace and redeliver and never showed up

Don’t waste your time ! I placed a delivery order and the driver never showed up. Once I reported the issue to the store’s GM, she did nothing!— didn’t even offer me a remake or at least my money back. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DOMINOS AGAIN. Very poor customer service.

My food has “been out for delivery” for 51 minutes and still hasn’t made it… called to ask manager if I could just reorder and pick up from store and he was rude and said pizza isn’t going to be cold “bye”. Thanks Joshua. I’m sure you’re a great manager.

I’m extremely disappointed with Domino’s delivery service. Even though I live in Newnan, just 6 miles from the store, they refuse to deliver to my address because I'm supposedly 'out of their area.' The frustrating part is that the Domino’s app let me place the order without any issues, only for the manager to inform me later that they couldn't deliver. It makes no sense that a well-known chain like Domino’s can’t cover such a short distance. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s unacceptable for a company that prides itself on fast and reliable delivery. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

We live 2.2 miles from the store. The driver left the store at 2:00 & ahfter when I called to find put where our prder was at 2:35 I was told the driver won't be here for another 5 minutes. We'll it's now 48 minutes since the driver left the store & we STILL don't have our order. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
