Over 1.5 hrs to get cold pizza that wasn't correct. Tried calling store and no one picked up after the automated hold of longer than 10 minutes. Do not recommend

I ordered my food for my family for a quick dinner, I had ordered 3 items. 2 Items were in bad quality. My spinach and feta pizza was burnt at the bottom, and my 5 cheese mac and cheese was missing half the recipe…. How does that happen? We called and spoke with carl and they offered us a remake which was nice. But after seeing half the reviews here i’ll stay away from this location

Waiting for 2 1/2 hours for an order no one answers the phone to cancel!!!! I been on hold for 35 minutes!!!!! Horrible service!!!! I will dispute with my credit card company!!!! Only way at this point!!!! Do not order from them go to papa John's 15 minutes delivery!!!!!

Based on my various experiences here, my orders have always been fulfilled accurately and tasted just fine with no issues presented. I've received good customer service from the employees encountered. Would recommend and would return.

The delivery driver named Paul forced me to add a tip for him. He stated that the policy for if we didn’t tip that they will stop delivering to the address. I called the store and let them know what was said and they stated that there is no such thing and they don’t know why he said that. Watch out for Paul trying to force you to tip.
I've had way too many bad experiences with this location, including extremely late deliveries ( or never at all), missing items in my order, very rude employees when you go in to pick up or go into to reconcile your screwed up delivery.

If I could give zero stars on tonight’s service I would. Placed an order for delivery at 9:20pm. Received a text at 10:08 stating the driver was on the way. I live 10 minutes from this location. At 10:35 I received a text that my driver was in the neighborhood and should be arriving shortly. At 10:41 I received another text that my driver was pulling up. I went down stairs and waited for another 15 minutes and no one showed. It is now 11:32 and I still have not received my pizza and can not get anyone to answer the phone at the store. I’ve called several times and this time I’ve been on hold for well over 30 minutes and no one will answer. With it being Friday night I expected things to be a bit slower but this is ridiculous. I prepaid and tipped the driver when I placed the order and never even got my food.

GARBAGE. This place can't handle orders. Tons of customers standing around and waiting. It shouldnt take 45 minutes to get a pizza on a Sunday. Forget their deals. Just stay far, far away

Placed an order last night. Never received and was charged. Tried calling to get a refund several times and no one will answer 30+ mins. The only way I can get someone to answer is by pressing one for a new order and they say they can not help me, they can only take orders and transferred me to the center, even after telling them they won’t answer. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am about to have to drive to the place to get a refund. Will never use again! I order Pizza Hut and they were perfect! Do not use Domino’s!!!!!
