UPDATE: I waited a good 15-20 past the time the tracker said my order was ready to make sure I wouldn't have to wait for my pickup 8/28/25 order. My order was not there when I arrived. Big surprise. I'd bet a Co'cola that my order went on a road trip with a delivery driver like it did before. Tighten up y'all...

Last review; You guys may as well shut it on down. Carry out times 1 to 1.5 hr, delivery times 2hr+? Hire some people, or at least do better with forecasting.

The chef/Manager - Michael, at the Domino’s on Baker’s Road in Newnan, GA, made our Philly Cheese Steak Pizza absolutely amazing! We haven’t had one this delicious in a long, long time. And our Driver Kamari was very nice too!

The manager was rude to everyone and worst services to give to a customer. Me and my my mom waited 2 hours for an order that the app said would only take 19 minutes. Worst place ever.

They never delivered my pizza and won't give me a refund. I don't understand how a business can get away with stealing money from their customers. They wouldn't answer the phone for hours. The next day I called and they had no clue what to do. The next day I went in and asked about and they didn't help me.

Worst pizza place Ive ever been to. Waited over 45 mins after placing an online order to be able to pick it up. It was cut like a kindergartener learning to use scissors, the dough was bubbled up in huge areas so several pieces didnt even have toppings, just a puffy crust. I paid for 4 sauces and didnt get any of them. We were driving through from out of town and back on the highway before we opened the pizzas, so there was no time to go back, and they dont answer their phones, so we just lost out on that money. Total rip off. Its been about 9 years since we had Dominos, and if this is how they operate, it will be the last.

Ordered a pizza online for delivery that stated 30 minutes at the longest. Called after 2 hours checking on it. Was told shortly it would arrive. An hour later no pizza arrived. I canceled the order, by far the worst service I’ve received here. If you’re running behind, communicate is all I ask so I can make a decision.

Honestly if I could give this place a 0 star I would. Ordered online. In the app it took them 1hr26min for them to even start the order. We went on 2 hours and I called. When I called they picked the phone up and place it on the counter. I stated on the call and recorded it. I drove up and spoke to the manager. His excuse was we are busy. Doesn’t excuse the fact that in plain sight I can see the phone laying on the counter so you don’t have to talk to customers. This is a disgrace of a place. The people there should all be retrained and the manger she be demoted. Whoever is the GM off this place seems they don’t care about their customers and the quality of food.

Waited 2 hours and never got our order. Drove up there and had to get a refund. Oh and the employees like to answer the phones and just leave it on without speaking at all. Never again. We will stick to Papa John’s or Hungry Howies!

Short version: it took an hour, I never got the pizza I ordered and got the pictured one instead. At least 3 spices have no ingredients.
Longer version: the place was in total chaos. Customers all standing around waiting for their orders. Pizzas not even going in the oven until 30 minutes after the orders were placed. Pizzas were coming out of the oven and getting put in boxes but not getting matched to the correct order so people were not receiving their right pizzas. Maybe they had employees call in sick, but they were really understaffed and moving very slow

The pizza arrived completely cold and took way too long. This is the worst experience.

0000 stars. TERRIBLE!!!!! T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E. Ordered 2 medium pies, it was until the 40 minute mark that the online status tracker changed to ‘baking’. Spent 8 mins on the phone with no one picking up. Hung up and called back multiple times…same deal. A 30-40 min delivery turned into 90 minutes!
