My daughter moved to Newnan and recommended this place so we went last night for dinner. There were six of us, so I had an opportunity to taste multiple things. I had a pulled pork sandwich that was delicious. I tried brisket, sausage, ribs and mac & cheese. Everything I tried was delicious - very flavorful and cooked to perfection. I can see why this is a favorite in the area.

We wanted to try a variation of smoked meats, sides, some appetizers and we were grossly disappointed, esp. after spending $100. All meats tasted the same...and were all so HEAVILY salted that our dogs wouldn't even get near it (we bought extra 1/2 lb. chicken for the dogs but it was marinated and heavily salted-NOT good). We had to ask for our fries and sauces; they completely forgot to serve us the stuffed baked potato that we ordered and by the time we realized it, we had been charged and they were closing. They never asked if we wanted drink refills until their fountain was shutting down and they didn't have anymore sweet tea. When they were closing, it was a rush and very uncomfortable experience; they hit the parking lot while were still boxing up our food outside (which went into the trash). They will greet you, seat you, take your order, serve your food, and then you're on your own until they bring your check.

Food was pretty good for the price but the service and location is what makes this a great place to eat. Dine in, patio, or drive through is available with meal deal options. My favorite thing to eat here is the loaded Mac n cheese with chicken with a side of baked beans. The ribs were okay and the brisket was alright but wouldn’t order again. Salad with protein, be prepared for it to essentially be a lot of protein with some lettuce.

I can’t recommend Dunc’s enough! They catered an engagement party that I threw for my sister. Planning a party for 50+ people, organizing multiple vendors, and decorating is very stressful, however Dunc’s made it so much easier for me. Steve made the food planning so easy and assured me that they would take care of everything and would be on time. The day of, they called that morning to assure me that they would be on time as well, and confirmed our order to ensure there would be no unexpected hiccups. Steve brought out the food himself, set everything up, and had it perfect for the quest right on time. The food was delicious and all the guests kept asking where I got it from. I will definitely be using them again for my next gathering!

The brisket was good. The sides are a little bland, okra over salted. The people are very nice. I prefer oink joint though if I'm spending $20 for a meal with no drink. The mac and cheese is better. Duncs is a good place, though. Constructive criticism, room for improvement. You can get better mac and cheese easily.
