Been coming since they opened, 3 x's a week. Last week, my drink was $2.37 more expensive b/c the manager on duty insisted I've been rung up incorrectly ALL the time before. 3 x's a week for a year. AND, they made my run my card a second time for the additional amount. Management needs training & provide consistency amongst staff. Very disappointing 😞

Pull to window lights off. Appears to be no one in building. Tuesday before oven was broke?? Really its a new shop?

I ordered a decaf coffee one day & I love to drink my coffee with a straw. I was drinking a mouth full of coffee grains. I called to report it, they remade my order the next day and it’s STILL full of grains . I’m a frequent visitor at this location & I don’t know what’s going on. I’ll start making my own at this point

During my frequent evening visits to this location, I have noticed that, lately, after 7PM, my requests for regular coffee are being filled with decaf. This is particularly upsetting since my reason for ordering is to get an evening pick-me-up, I feel the staff has been instructed to either mix decaf with regular or simply serve decaf as it is the end of the night, rather than brewing a fresh pot of regular coffee.

Every time I go through the drive-thru one person starts to take my order then another interrupts asking for my order then I have to start again. Also they forgot to put any bacon on the 6 wake-up wraps I ordered and not the first time. Walking inside it didn't seem like anyone is happy to be there. Thankfully it’s beside a Chick-Fil-A so not going here again won’t be an inconvenience
This Dunkin is always extremely slow and gets my order wrong often. I order a coffee and a snack but wait 15-20 minutes. I can go to a longhorn and get my service quicker than this place.
How does management not see his bad the reviews are and do something about it. Poor management and poor customer service.

Everytime I go here I regret it. I've had everything from refusal of service to having my order taken, waiting 5 minutes, and then them gaslightung me by saying they didn't take my order and I must be mistaken because I was five minutes before actual opening and the rep took my order too early. They are constantly out of the food they are supposed to have and what orders I have had have been wrong, up to and including being handed a cold pumpkin latte instead of the Chai tea I ordered and sat there ten minutes for. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location, but it can't save it from the terrible customer service.
