Been coming since they opened, 3 x's a week. Last week, my drink was $2.37 more expensive b/c the manager on duty insisted I've been rung up incorrectly ALL the time before. 3 x's a week for a year. AND, they made my run my card a second time for the additional amount. Management needs training & provide consistency amongst staff. Very disappointing 😞

I ordered a decaf coffee one day & I love to drink my coffee with a straw. I was drinking a mouth full of coffee grains. I called to report it, they remade my order the next day and it’s STILL full of grains . I’m a frequent visitor at this location & I don’t know what’s going on. I’ll start making my own at this point

During my frequent evening visits to this location, I have noticed that, lately, after 7PM, my requests for regular coffee are being filled with decaf. This is particularly upsetting since my reason for ordering is to get an evening pick-me-up, I feel the staff has been instructed to either mix decaf with regular or simply serve decaf as it is the end of the night, rather than brewing a fresh pot of regular coffee.
