Lazy workers. I wanted Dunkin Midnight coffee and they said "we're out of it." , no... you can make some more stupid. It's not like it was the end of the day it was 3 PM. Ths happened 11/3/2024 at 3:23 pm if the owner cares. I drove off.

The worst Dunkin ever. I’m not sure how they haven’t lost the franchise yet. They never have any items available and the ones that they do have, are either old and stale or they don’t make properly. How does a Dunkin only have 5 different donut types available? Every time I go there, I am left disappointed. The staff working there are completely clueless. You always have to check your order before you leave because 100% of the time, they forget something. They move incredibly slow like they really don’t care to be there or to help the customers. This place really needs a LOT of help but it’s obvious that no one cares to improve the place since it has been this bad for so long now.

The first time I went here I ordered through the app. When I got to the store there was only one car in the drive thru. I walked in and the 2 workers looked at me and didn't say a word and went back to talking to each other. After a few minutes they asked me if I placed an order already and I said yes. At this point it had been 20 minutes since I ordered. The guy asked the girl did she make my order yet and she giggled and said she hadn't started it yet. The guy walked over in front of the bathrooms to put on headphones and be on his phone then he walked behibd the counter and made the coffee while making a phone call. At no time did he wash his hands or put on gloves. After 101more minutes my order was done and sat on the mobile order shelf directly in front of me. He never said a word I had to turn the cup to see if my name was on it. Then a few days later we gave them another try and they asked me 3 times what my mobile order was and took my pgone and walked away with it to see the order. The 3rd time we went by mistake as I selected this location theough the app. again they kept asking me what my order was, I asked him if they cannot see mobile orders from their side and he said yes they come through but it's gone. That makes me think they are clearing orders to keep the time down but without out actually making the orders. We waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks. The franchisee needs to get inside the building and overhaul the entire operation or just shut down and learn how to run a business before opening anymore up.

I need to stop supporting this location. Everytime I come here the servers flood my coffee with so much cream to the point my drink is almost all white. Ridiculous. They ask me how many creams, I say one and then I get it and it's completely full of cream? Why do they continue to do this? It's like whoever is working is not looking at what they are making. Is this standard for Dunkin Donuts?

I have never had a more rude and terrible customer experience than with the manager at this location on July 22nd at 8:30am. After receiving a completely wrong order, the old white man (who I am assuming is a manager or owner because he had a different shirt on) very rudely tossed the “sandwich” that he remade for me, but only after questioning me about it with the worst attitude. I was then given a sandwich that was not heated up at all. The cheese was rock hard like it just came from the fridge. I go to this dunkin almost every day but have never encountered this man and rarely every have problems. For the few times I do have problems, all of the employees are very nice and take care of it accordingly. He should never be in customer service or handling food.

Placed an online order. Got there and they had the door locked. Told me they were not going to make our food because they were closing soon… they were opened for another 40 minutes and already shut business down and now I have to figure out how to get a refund through the app. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Tea was old and soured indicating they either threw new tea in with old or they just left it sitting out more than 6 hours. Also forgot an order of our hash browns.

For a new business, the place was very dull. Employee don't seem to know their products. For donut a there are no glaze donuts, and the choices were so limited.
Will not go to this location again.
