My first order was wrong due to door dash spilling all my coffee then ruining my sandwich and dunkin remade my order and they personally delivered it to me..so thankful and blessed..thank you all for doing this for me..that truly gave me tears in my eyes..theres still good people in this world.. thank you all for the big hearts.. The older gentleman and ladies are amazing and certainly have customer service down! There’s a taller younger kid working there & he has zero business working in a role that deals with customers. He’s super rude, seems to hate his job (recommended finding something else if that’s the case). Ordering at then drive thru ruins my day knowing he is working. Once you get to the window he is so unpleasant to deal with. Simply pushes orders out the window which is whatever, but after a thank you he’ll turn his back so I make it a point to finish the conversation with a “YOU’RE WELCOME”. As long as he works there I will take my everyday business at Dunkin to the one by the QT/Home Depot. Whoever the manager is, this can’t be unseen & should realize this kid needs some serious training and/or re-training. Don’t waste your time and risking dealing with an unprofessional employee. GO TO THE OTHER DUNKIN! They’re 1,000 times better.

This is my favorite Dunkin. I travel all over the metro area for work and stop at them often. While I typically order the same drink, you'd think that drink would taste the same at all Dunkins, but not the case. My drink is consistently made correctly here, every staff I interact with knows my name and always wish me well amd are friendly. Even the manager/ owner works his tail off alongside the other employees. I like it. He cares, which ensures everyone else there does too. Thanks, y'all. You make my days better! ☕️

Drive through menu broken. Had to go inside. Almost zero customer service inside. Cashier had ear buds in his ears, wasn't paying attention, and needed our order repeated multiple times. Waited 10 minutes for coffee and a sandwich with no other customers in the shop.

The coffee that I ordered on the mobile apps was ready mins after I got there. Nice work! However, the atmosphere in the place that morning was not friendly at all. No morning, hello, welcome. None of those. Just not welcoming, get your coffee or expresso if you need but be nice and inviting to people should be a happy place to come, not tense. The glass case where the donuts were displayed was a nice touch though to get you tempted. Almost got me, got away...one more time without a fritter I win! 🏆 ☕️🍩😆

I only gave 1 star because I had to. Everytime we go to this location it is dirty, the staff are not friendly and act like they do not want to be there. Every single time my order is drastically different. My order is medium iced coffee with 3 cream and 3 French vanilla. How can they get that wrong every single time? Also the location is dirty looking alot. When it 1st opened it was clean. I wont be back there. Maybe 1 person nog going back wont make a difference but my $ is better spent elsewhere. At least at the Dunkin by the interstate in Newnan, its consistent. Not friendly in there either but at least its the same coffee every time.
