When Ms.Crystal left the food got bad the drinks got bad the service is horrible and the i shouldn’t have to wait 20 mins for a ssg egg and cheese and 1 coffee when Ms.Crystal was there I waited 2mins MAX I miss the old Dunkin’

There are three staff.Two are working hard filling orders are the drive-thru while one girl kind of stands around.She eventually asks what you want (two chocolate cake donuts) but somehow she screws that up.

I literally come twice a day since this location has opened. The whole morning shift has ALWAYS been very welcoming and extremely courteous to me and I never once have had an issue. The two guys on night shift are very nice as well and it’s never been a long wait for me I do mobile orders most of the time and my things are always ready to go!

Very slow service. Waited 30 minutes for an order already placed online and was supposed to be ready when I got there but wasn't even started. They kept saying it was coming but it never did. Couldn't wait any longer had to go to work. I would highly advise against going to this Dunkin Donuts.

I don't know why I can't seem to get them to leave the whipped cream off and give me cold phone and on top of that I get a medium the same size I get every time and it's always a different price today it was 5:56 yesterday it was six something.. probably the last time I'll be here because she handed me my coffee so fast. She was pretty much shoving it at me so couldn't tell her that she added whipped cream when I said cold foam they're just really rude
