The person who took our order wasn't very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was terrible! I wouldn't even serve this to my dog! The hash browns were old, the sandwich bread was burnt, and the doughnuts tasted stale. I had to ask for more coffee flavoring. If we hadn’t been so far down I-85, I would have returned the food! On a positive note, the young lady who came in to work later was very friendly. Kudos to her!
Tried to use a deal that they were offering off the Dunkin app and when the girl rang me up and it didn’t come up at the correct price I asked about it and her response was “Ohh I don’t know.” I clearly showed her the price that it was supposed to be and she said she couldn’t fix it then asked if I wanted her manager which she told me she wasn’t sure if she was even there and when she wasn’t she told me she also tried to call her and got no answer. SMH also had to get my coffee made twice and it still didn’t taste right, my breakfast sandwich was over toasted which I didn’t completely mind, but someone else it probably would have been too well done for. Like other reviews for this DD doesn’t seem like they have any urgency either. Employees also walking round in slippers and crocs which having restaurant experience is definitely a safety hazard.

I placed a mobile order in the morning to start Black Friday shopping, but the morning shift employee decided he would hide in the back and do nothing until a previous guest left, and she was confused about why he was doing this to her. After she left, he continued to stay in the back, and I let him know to cancel my order because his behavior was disgusting.

Angelica was extremely rude to my daughters on Black Friday evening couldn’t even turn around and speak to my daughters face to take her order and proceeded to speak to my daughter with her back turned the whole time and then made the drink wrong and got a attitude when she gets the same drink often and this was the only time the drink was made improper

I loved Dunkin especially around the holidays. Would go everyday for the Cookie Butter cold brew but I hate this location. From the overgrown plants in the drive thru. Looks like an abandoned store. The potholes you have in the drive thru is horrible. I had to get out and look at my car because of how bad it sounded.

Google has Saturday hours as open until 10pm. When I pulled up to drive thru at 9:45 they said they closed at 9pm. When I told them that Google says 10 they said they cannot change it. I told them to tell their manager.
Mobile order said ready but we waited a long time. They served several people who ordered inside while we just waited. They were out of French vanilla. They forgot my cold foam. It was a struggle to get our orders. None of the employees acted with any sense of urgency or speed. They just walked around like there wasn't a line of people. "America doesn't run on Dunkin here"- travel companion.
Parking: It is connected to a gas station.

Middle of the afternoon business was light and staff was warm and interactive. Dunkin' was clean and well illuminated. Selection was outstanding and nicely displayed. Would recommend this Dunkin' to anyone near exit 47 on I-85 in Georgia.

I place drive thru pick up online order. When I went to the speaker, we had to wait for good 10 mins because they didn't realize we were in the car pick up line. Gave my name and when I pulled up, they couldn't figure out my order, took 10 minutes and 2 ppl at the window to sort it for 2 wake up wraps and 2 egg and cheese on crossaiant with 2 coffees. Won't be back.

The service was wonderful and quick. We gave a complicated order and San followed it perfectly.
Dietary restrictions: If you are lactose intolerant they can remove cheese from the food options, and of course have milk alternatives for coffee.
