Drink was made incorrectly twice even after the employees confirming what I ordered. If you can’t properly make a customers order at least have a better attitude.

The attitude was horrible. My Minchkins donut holes were cold like they just took them out of the fridge. They were stale, and tasted terrible. I was very disappointed. I will not be stopping here again. I will be calling corporate the next business day.

We came all the way to Newnan instead of the sharpsburg location. Niema was very nice and got all of our orders correct. She also has a beautiful smile.

Pulled through the drive thru to get an iced coffee and specifically said caramel latte with almond milk and size medium. When we got to the window the girl working handed us the coffee and we asked to make sure it was almond milk due to my dairy allergy anf she rudely said nope you didn’t say that and continued to argue saying we didn’t rather than just fixing it and went on to tell us if we had an allergy none of them should’ve been dairy and we needed to tell her that so we explained it was just for me and basically went back and forth. She was extremely argumentative and rude. She was working the 7:00 pm shift with braids and tattoos on both of her arms. Definitely will not make the mistake of going to this dunkin again. And wish I could rate it negative zero stars. Let her know she needs to work on her customer service skills. Hire better!
Every morning I place my order and the same lady is literally running the show, never waiting and she's always as pleasant for someone dealing with the public before 5 am, she needs a raise

Big fan of Dunkin Donuts. This past Sunday I ordered with the app for the first time and was thrilled that my order was waiting for me when I arrived. I want to thank the young man that was working at 6:30AM on Sunday. He even put my 4 donuts in a small box instead of what some do and stick in a bag that messes the frosting up. I appreciate the excellent customer service. Since this Newnan location is closest to home I will come by more often. Grand-daughters enjoyed the donuts and Munchkins. Thank you so much.

The woman who got my order through the drive through was very sweet and extremely nice to myself and my kids it’s not often you come across nice people like her anymore! I was here 06/09/2025 at 8:15 am

The person who took our order wasn't very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was terrible! I wouldn't even serve this to my dog! The hash browns were old, the sandwich bread was burnt, and the doughnuts tasted stale. I had to ask for more coffee flavoring. If we hadn’t been so far down I-85, I would have returned the food! On a positive note, the young lady who came in to work later was very friendly. Kudos to her!

Tried to use a deal that they were offering off the Dunkin app and when the girl rang me up and it didn’t come up at the correct price I asked about it and her response was “Ohh I don’t know.” I clearly showed her the price that it was supposed to be and she said she couldn’t fix it then asked if I wanted her manager which she told me she wasn’t sure if she was even there and when she wasn’t she told me she also tried to call her and got no answer. SMH also had to get my coffee made twice and it still didn’t taste right, my breakfast sandwich was over toasted which I didn’t completely mind, but someone else it probably would have been too well done for. Like other reviews for this DD doesn’t seem like they have any urgency either. Employees also walking round in slippers and crocs which having restaurant experience is definitely a safety hazard.

I placed a mobile order in the morning to start Black Friday shopping, but the morning shift employee decided he would hide in the back and do nothing until a previous guest left, and she was confused about why he was doing this to her. After she left, he continued to stay in the back, and I let him know to cancel my order because his behavior was disgusting.
