I got here at 8:00am. They were already out of Maple French Toast bagel. Therefore, I could not try the new maplehouse bagel. I asked for eggs whites on the Texas Brisket bagel. They gave me a regular egg then attempted to just swap out the egg instead of remaking my entire sandwich. Until they realized I bit a corner off my bagel.

I wanted to pickup some bagels to have for the week and needed help placing an order through the app. The ladies behind the counter helped me though the process and wound up letting me know about the Monday special for the baker's dozen. All 13 bagels were fresh & delicious, and made for a great couple of breakfasts. Fantastic food & fantastic staff! I will definitely visit again when I am in the area.

I have gone to this location for months, always had a positive experience and placed my order the same way, almost 5 days a week clockwork. The manager is a rude soul that has no respect. I think Katrina or whatever she said her name was. Should learn how to treat other people. I’ll never be back here again after today. Asking for cream is too much to ask for even after I said I can pay a difference or extra and I nearly left in tears with how rude she was. Please educate her on how to treat people and talk to customers.

My husband and I spent $20 on bagels just to have a bizarre interaction with a staff member. She was very fast, and we felt bad she was working by herself. We got our bagels and not our coffee. My husband thanked her for the bagels and thinking the drinks were forgotten, said “excuse me ma’am.” Before he could even finish his sentence the lady said “GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING GOOD MORNING. Working all by myself and nobody can say good morning.” She repeatedly yelled good morning right in front of him. Then she slammed our coffees down and turned around. She then yelled at the woman behind us that nobody says good morning and only asks for things. I was in retail management for years and could never imagine speaking to another human that way. Nobody was hostile or rude in the line. My husband and I concluded that the woman had probably already had a long hard day. Einstein Bro Bagels should properly staff their location at the Airport on a Saturday so their employees don’t get so stressed.
