Great food. Service was wild though. The young lady at the counter treated us like an inconvenience. Everybody has bad days, but please don’t talk to me like I’m stupid because you’re in a bad mood.

Waited forever for cold food. Sandwiches had little to no meat and what meat there was, was very fatty and gross. Takes forever to get cold, gross food.

Really really really slow, watched one on their phone. One of the employees had her children running around the store. The store itself was about 80 degrees as well.

Delivery driver delivered my order to the wrong address, even though I provided my FULL correct address before placing order. Order was delivered elsewhere based on deliver photo. I contacted delivery driver about wrong delivery address and was giving a little attitude! Unexpectable!

After finally tracking down and receiving order, order was 1/2 wrong and missing 5 items! Unexpectable also! My delivered order was missing: Combo Drinks, Combo Potato Chip, Combo Potato Soup, side order of potato soup, sub Pickles and extra Pickles, and none of my subs were extra toasted and requested! I try calling the store but no one answered and the delivery driver was unable to be reach at this time for inquiry of missing items. I need a refund ASAP and I need this store and delivery app to get their stuff together ASAP! I am good never order from this store again! Ref: The Ashley Park Newnan Location! And use a better delivery service, because Uber Eats have to many errors and just don't care!

And why is it so hard to get in contact with customer support of firehouse subs? Piss poor, do better or keep loosing customers!

They are ALWAYS slow! Food is NEVER ready on time. Work ordered food online.. 7 med subs. Said it would be ready at 11:14am. I didn’t walk out until after 12.. 1 lady taking ordered.1 lady making. 1 young guy sitting at the table(prob on break) then after standing there over 30 mins a 3rd lady walks from the back..

Worst service EVER, Need to hire more staff that actually want to work. And what is the point of online ordering if its always not ready or takes an hour later then time promised? Not to mention food was cold. Wow!
