Firehouse Subs Ashley Park

This was our first time. We got the Italian and the pepperoni pizza meatball. Both were good. I was a little worried because of some of the other reviews, but we had a pleasant experience.

As a group of elementary school employees, we chose Firehouse subs as our Christmas lunch on the last day before the break. Not only we didn't get our order, we had to go through so much trouble to get a refund. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of owning the responsibility for the situation, she sent us on a wild goose chase to get our money back, starting, the only way is to go to the store for a refund. Terrible customer service, uprofessional and immature. Will not be ordering again :(

Great food. Service was wild though. The young lady at the counter treated us like an inconvenience. Everybody has bad days, but please don’t talk to me like I’m stupid because you’re in a bad mood.

Waited forever for cold food. Sandwiches had little to no meat and what meat there was, was very fatty and gross. Takes forever to get cold, gross food.

Really really really slow, watched one on their phone. One of the employees had her children running around the store. The store itself was about 80 degrees as well.
