For the price you pay I feel like certain things shouldn’t be allowed. The fries were re dropped into grease which made them soggy and old too much salt was poured onto them. My toppings were NOT fresh even the bread. I used to love to eat here when this restaurant first opened now I eat here maybe once a year and be disappointed every time. This location is awful.

I’m a regular and get the same thing every time, my break from workis only 35 mins and I ordered 1 burger and a shake, I’m waiting for 22 minutes and my order isn’t made and the place is dead. I go up and ask the manager where it is and it hasn’t even been started on, he made my burger way too fast and it was still pink in places, but at this point I only had 10 minutes left on my break so I ate it anyway and I hope I don’t get sick from it, the buns were stale, he forgot the ketchup, and he gave me the wrong shake when I asked for chocolate, it was mixed with vanilla or something else I didn’t ask for. I then go over to the ketchup to put it on my burger since they forgot it and it was out and I only got like 1 tiny squirt which wasn’t enough, I didn’t get a sorry or anything. Never going back, 20$ for a damn burger and shake and they actually messed up on every part of the order.

Its a little pricey but very tasty. Fries are good, shakes are good, and the burgers are great. Very few spots in town make a better burger. Try Meat n greet in downtown. I think they make the best burger in town.

The people at this Five guys are always so friendly. It doesn’t hurt that it is one of the best burgers you can get out. They cost more but they are better quality. We place a mobile order and I appreciate how they don’t get the fries for your order until you tell them you are picking up. NO one likes cold fries! Great job

The floors were filthy. Nasty water was all over the floor by the condiment station. The employees were behind the counter as if they didn't care. The ladies bathroom was a mess. There was no toilet tissue and the floors were filled with paper and they looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. I won't be going back to this location.
