Coffee is delicious. The customer service is not so great. My friend paid extra to add milk to her doppio iced espresso and was given a drink with little to no milk. She asked for more and the girl rudely said "it's a doppio". If you're charging extra to add milk we will gladly pay the extra cost but we want an actual splash of milk not a tablespoon. The baristas comment was unnecessary. On the other hand I got a hazelnut iced latte and it was delicious. Will try this place one more time because of their coffee but if they're being rude again I won't come back.Reply back to Foxtail:The menu outlines a doppio as "doppio (double)- 2oz. I know that a doppio is hot espresso. That's a given. However, at many other coffee shops customers have the choice of making a doppio a hot or cold drink. Hence paying more to add milk and making it a cold drink with ice. We have been here twice, the first time the lady asked my friend "how much milk would you like?". The barista added the amount that she wanted. The second time is when we got the unnecessary comment. If a customer is asking for a customized drink and paid extra to make it to their liking then there shouldn't be a problem. If this is a problem, and doppios aren't made as cold drinks at Foxtail then that should be advertised clearly for customers to see. Also the cashier should be informing the customer of this standard before taking people's money.

I'm a big fan of supporting local coffee shops vs using big chains. I stopped into this one on my way to Costco in Sharpsburg. Very quaint shop and friendly staff. I ordered a decaf cappuccino with oatmilk, honey, and cinnamon powder ( if you've not tried oatmilk espresso drinks it's a must!). Great espresso prepared by a La Marzococo machine.I bought some house roasted beans to support the shop. I paid $17 and unfortunately, the bag was not sealed all the way.

Ordered a near $6 pourover coffee today. Went for this because there was no light roast on drip. Firstly it came in a paper cup, not ideal for a crafted product. Secondly and more importantly it tasted of virtually nothing. If drinks like this are going to be served at these prices, I expect that they’re going to of a certain quality. One that might match the surroundings also. This was not the case. Perhaps some extra barista training might be in order.
I absolutely love this place, and I'm definitely going to start being a regular, especially with it being right down the road from work! Their pastries are all very good and made perfectly to how they should be, and the drinks as well. The lady there was very patient with me (I'm indecisive sometimes) and helped me pick out a drink I ended up loving. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, and I want to do school work here. If it wasn't so hidden I'm sure everyone would be rushing here, and I'll make sure to tell people I know to stop by :)

Madison is the bees knees!! My coffee was perfect, she was so nice and accommodating and would have remade our drinks if they weren’t to our liking. 10/10! Swing by and get a tasty drink. Also, lots of baked goods to chose from!

After ordering, a lady employee murmured that even she won’t eat this kind of pumpkin muffin anyway… can’t believe it’s the words coming out from the employee who just sold us the muffin!!We were uncomfortable with the tone she took with us in store.
