I need to speak to owner or operating manager of this restaurant asap please and thank you . Female that claim she supervisor or manager bad customer service skills .

Store was dirty, basics were empty like ketchup, napkins, fry sauce. The windows and doors and tables were dirty and greasy.

We came in to an empty restaurant took forever to get our order. The girl is the back giving us our food did everything with an attitude. As I asked for sauce & a to go box just tossed it down on the counter as if I was bothering her. Restroom was very dirty. We will keep driving next time we are close.

I ate the chili dog meal and gave horrible food poisoning from it.

I don’t understand how this place keeps messing up. The burgers are always slopped together poorly. The fries are not cooked right. Ordered a concrete and got a milkshake? This is the last time we will order at this Freddys. They never get it right.

Freddy’s Frozen Custard seriously needs to address their hygiene practices. I saw an employee handling food with the same gloves he used to take payments. That’s a major health concern and completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and proper food handling should be a top priority. I spoke with the young man about this and he was very nice with his response. I appreciate him for that. I hope he will listen.

This visit wasn't good. My food wasn't prepared properly and did not taste as good like prior visits . My custard ice cream wasn't good prepared as well.

If you’re going to eat at Freddy’s don’t go on a Tuesday, at 6-6:30. Lunchtime staff members are much nicer and faster.

Just got a $14 meal and I received an almost empty cup of cheese curds and a burger with one jalapeño and very little sauce. Gotta say, I’m very disappointed. Please do better….especially when your meals cost so much.

This place is like the baby of Culver's and Steak and Shake. That's a good thing.
