The food and ambience are like a great 50s hamburger diner. The music should be matched to that scene. Good was good. Cashier needs training to prepare what should have been a really good frozen custard sundae.

Freddies tops Steak snd Shake. Veteran owned and proud! Quick drive thru service. Steak and shake tastes good but they are too slow and the help makes too many mistakes.

Until about a year ago, my family and I were regulars at this Freddy’s. We always had great food and friendly service, and we were excited to return after moving back to the area.
Unfortunately, our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The drive-thru experience felt robotic and unhelpful; it was difficult to get clear answers to any questions, and basic requests like ordering a combo were ignored at first. When we corrected a small mistake with our order at the window, the staff member seemed visibly frustrated, rolling her eyes and sighing, even though we were polite throughout.
I understand everyone has off days, but this level of customer service was a huge letdown compared to our consistently positive experiences in the past. It honestly made us feel like we were an inconvenience just for being there.
Sadly, we won’t be coming back to this Freddy’s. I'm not sure what happened within that year to this location, but it certainly didn't go well. I hope the management addresses these issues so future guests have a better experience.

the audacity of these people! Every single employee I encountered at Freddy's was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, including the MANAGER! I can't believe the way they treat paying customers; it's absolutely unacceptable. I am beyond furious and demand to speak to corporate about their staff and the incompetent individuals they hire as managers. Freddy's has lost a loyal customer because they won't be getting any more of my money after this horrendous experience!

We like the steakburgers, melts, and the prime burger. The fries are really thin like steak and shake. I love them but they aren't everyone's favorite. Their ice cream is also great

The food at this branch is unmatched, always fresh and hot. Lobby could use some love, but they seem understaffed at times so I'd say that's more a corprate issue. Love this Freddy's, otherwise
