It’s ok. Probably won’t go again. Nice, fast employees. Its clean. The food is just ok. Lots of fried food and carb heavy foods. The baked chicken was dry and bland. The green bean casserole, sweet potatoes and the mac & cheese were all good. They need to use a different recipe for the bread pudding. It’s bland and all bread except for the top where they scattered some chopped pecans. They should also use a different recipe for the fried green tomatoes. It’s their namesake food so it should be outstanding. It isn’t. Seating is not real comfortable. Its small wooden chairs that are difficult to move up to the table when you sit down. If you aren’t discerning and want a lot of cheap food then this is your place.

The food is always wonderful. I have always brought a large party of 6 people or more. I just learned today that they charge a Service Charge without asking you or telling you about it if you are in a large party. I was told that there was a rule where they could not reimburse the Service Charge. I absolutely believe in tipping for good service. I have always received good service & good food there. There is no sign stating that they automatically charge you a Service Charge or any other notification. Just beware if you are in a larger party of 6 or more so you do not double tip.
