We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. My husband made a reservation for 7:00 pm for the three of us, including our 7-year-old daughter. We arrived a few minutes early, only to be told by the host that our table was actually reserved for 7:15 pm and that we could “wait at the bar and have some drinks” in the meantime, clearly not a reasonable suggestion with a child. We were given an incoherent explanation that essentially equated to “the kitchen is slow.” We ended up waiting for 35 minutes past our reservation time and were still not seated, so we decided to leave. A reservation should mean a guaranteed table at the agreed time, not a long wait or being asked to wait in a bar with a child. Unfortunately, this was a very poor first impression, and we won’t be coming back.

Everything was amazing here. The owner was great, server was very professional and thorough. Drinks were excellent. Food was top tier and cooked to perfection. We got the chocolate cake for dessert and it was simply delicious. Finding good service with good food is hard these days but you will definitely find it here. Thank You Graysons staff!

We were fans of Mama Lucia and when they closed and had the menu available at Grasons we decided to try it.
We were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful, respectful and professional. Unlike most current restaurants it was quiet inside. Food was very good and carefully prepared. I make this statement after spending years going to fine dining venues and comparing. I had steak Diane and my wife had crabcakes. I enjoyed a unique craft cocktail. They had a fairly extensive wine list although we didnt order
We were asked by out waitress and other staff members how everything was repeatedly showing a concern to please us.
We consider going out of town once a month or so to find a fine dining or high end steak house. After going to Graysons we can stay in Newnan.

We celebrated our anniversary at Grayson’s and had such a great evening. The steaks were cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the sides were just as delicious. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. It was the perfect spot for a special night out.

Food was amazing. It took some time of which I expect and appreciate for good food. The duck was the best I have had in the United States so the GG act that it took a little while didn't bother me.
The hostess was awesome, and he did his best to make a positive difference in our experience and day as a whole.
The manager came by and served us some fresh drinks and bread.
The bartender was a bit rough and she was having a difficult day. I felt bad for her but broadcasting your frustration with your position to customers when they are trying to enjoy a nice dining experience at the establishment that you openly grieving about makes for an uncomfortable situation and is generally off-putting.
The atmosphere was dark and a bit swanky, of which isn't a bad thing for a unique dining experience but it doesn't make for a good walk-in experience.

First time there absolutely wonderful we we will be back
Husband and I were looking for a nice place to celebrate our anniversary with a later dinner and came across Graysons. After looking it over, we decided to give them a try, and I'm glad we did! From the moment we walked in, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Our waiter was fantastic! His recommendations were absolutely spot on (highly recommend the sea bass) and his customer service was impeccable. He didn't make us feel like a burden, didn't begrudgingly serve us, was incredibly personable, helpful, and polite. One of the far better servers we've had in town. The food was fantastic and the drinks had SOLID pours. We had the pork belly, the delmonico steak, the sea bass (again, highly recommend it), the creme brulee, and 2 drinks, and everything was delicious. We left a little after they closed (we were enjoying ourselves so much and lost track of time), but they never rushed us or acted in any way that wasn't friendly.
Overall, we def found a new place to go to when we're looking for a nice spot with wonderful food and atmosphere. Check 'em out!
