Great American Cookies

We came in last second and gave us exactly what we wanted on a cookie cake! Hinal made a great cookie for my father!

We walked in to place an order for my son's birthday, same day. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were busy making other orders for the day but were able to create exactly what my 10 year old wanted on his cake. The cake was ready within an hour. He absolutely loved it!

As an extremely busy mom with 2 kids birthdays back to back, a graduation party to plan and all of the graduation festivities I dropped the ball on ordering the graduation cake for his party. I got to check out clicked Apple Pay but obviously didn’t notice it didn’t process. When I went to retrieve the cake I thought I ordered I found out the order didn’t process. The owners and their children stayed after close to make the cake I needed for my son’s graduation party the next day. I will forever do business here. Again, thank you all so much for saving this momma from a cake-less graduation party!! I’m eternally grateful!

I will forever patronize this location. The open sign was on and I was craving these cookies, only to find out they were closed. The owners were coming to turn the signs off and guess what they did? They honored the open sign and gifted me the cookies I wanted. This is above and beyond customer service, this is the standard for customer service going forward. Thank you all so much. The cookies were delicious!!!!

I ordered a Toy Story cake for my son’s 4th birthday and I think they did excellent. They were so friendly at pickup and I will be using again!

Had a great experience at Great American Cookie in Newnan–Ashley Park! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the cookies were fresh and delicious. Definitely a sweet stop I’ll be returning to!

I ordered a custom cookie cake for my son. They did an excellent job, especially considering a placed the order online with the customization. The ladies working when I picked up were very friendly and helpful.

Always friendly I go here almost everyday that I’m working to get my chewy pecan cookie! On my son birthday I ordered a chocolate chip cookie cake and it was amazing thanks so much for treating everyone no matter how they look with respect.

Service was pretty friendly and fast. The food was pretty good, I got the Red Velvet cookie and a Pecan cookie. Both of them were pretty good, but not the best cookies I've ever tasted. I think if some of these cookies were more fresh, it would be a lot better. Still a good dessert place though.

The M&M chocolate chip cookies were stale and definitely days old. I ordered 5 cookies and three of them were M&M, which were all extremely hard, smelled stale, and tasted extremely old. The strawberry cookie has just came from the oven upon our arrival, and it was good. I'm disappointed that the M&M cookie was so bad. It was not edible and we all spit them out immediately after one bite. Definitely check your cookies before leaving.
