I've been coming here for years. Through all of the changes, the service has remained impeccable. I highly recommend them. They will do their best no matter what. They will be transparent and set the right expectation.
I was unaware of the hours and when I walked in during the storm on 8/12 Jordan was so beyond helpful! The store had closed and in error the door was left unlocked after another staff left but Jordan did not turn me away even though he had already put away all of the cookies he still offered to serve me and make my kiddos happy for the night!! I truly appreciate that Jordan allowed me to make a purchase instead of telling me that they were closed and could not sell anything to...
Our office always orders cookie cakes for coworkers birthdays from this store and they ALWAYS do such a good job. They even were able to pull off a special request today when we needed a “Ray Charles” cake as that is a coworkers nickname at the office. Everyone loved it, especially the birthday girl!
