Jessica is just customer service to the tenth power. I was having a rough day but her customer service and friendly demeanor made my day. I cant say enough about how my whole outlook changed because of my interaction with her. Oh and the food was good too.

My wife and I stopped in this Hardee's for lunch and to take a break from the long drive from North Carolina to Florida. Before we ordered, we used the restrooms. In the Men's, the trash can was overfilled with paper towels as if it had not been emptied in days. Pee was everywhere around the urinals. My wife had the same experience. After learning about the conditions of both restrooms, we decided to find our lunch elsewhere. If they keep the restrooms in that condition, you can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Hardee's has been going downhill for a long time.

Unfortunately this location NEVER runs smoothly. We have been in drive thru for 20 minutes and we are now driving off. This is the second time we have had to do this. We will not be back.

This is the closest restaurant to my house and I will not return. We have tried this place maybe a dozen times - weve tried all hours we tried breakfast and dinner and its pretty much been a disappointment every time - stay away from this place the service is rude and you can tell the food is always thrown together - its right off the highway and I truly believe thats the only reason they could stay open while being so terrible. They have a non-stop supply of I85 customers that have no idea that they are probably the worst Hardee's they will ever go to. I have absolutely liked some Hardee's in the past but this location is one to avoid.

Order a grilled cheese and the cheese was still cold even after waiting 7 minutes in drive thru. And then they forget the hashbrowns. So another few minutes. And yet they probably want a raise or have been given one already. Geez

This store is notorious for charging you for a large side but giving you a medium. Fries or Hash-rounds, is doesn't matter you are only going to get a Medium. I recommend never up-sizing to a large if you go to this store. Typically, they are out of small and large fry containers, so you will get a medium when you order a small.

Signs everywhere saying breakfast till noon. Got here at 10:40am and they said they stopped breakfast already. Waited 10 mins while they walked around complaining about the schedule and threatening to clock out and go home. Never even got my order taken after waiting 15 minutes for them to try to figure out the order for the 1 customer ahead of me. No wonder all the other locations are closing down. Looks like this one will be next.
