I placed a mobile order in the app for two breakfast sandwiches and two chicken wraps. The location advertises that they sell breakfast until noon. I placed my order at 11:14 AM. I arrive at the drive thru at 11:16 AM. The woman told me that they were out of breakfast items and would have to cook the chicken tenders because they cook to order. It would take 5 to 10 minutes. This location has never cooked anything to order. It’s like I was interrupting their conversation.I pull up to the window and the drive thru lady gives me a receipt like she gave me food. I did not receive any of the food I ordered. I asked for a refund and the lady told me that I could call whoever I placed the order with for a refund. When you file a complaint in the app, they send a message stating that the restaurant will call me in 48 hours. It didn’t happen the first time and I’m not hopeful this time. This is the second time I have ordered food and get to the location and told they don’t have breakfast. I never get a call back or a refund. The workers do not care and are extremely rude. If they are out of breakfast, they should mark those items as unavailable in the app. I just want a refund and I will never go back to this location.

I pulled around to the drive thru twice and nobody came on to take my order so I pulled around to the drive thru window where 2 employees looked at me several times and ignored me at the window. I sat there for 10 minutes and was never helped. The employees spoke to eachother and came and went from view looking at me several times but never coming to the window to help us. Horrible rude service!

Totally disappointed!!! Drove 10 minutes to get the cinnamon and raisin biscuits that were being advertised only to be told they were discontinued! Order the Frisco burger and Chicken BLT combo was told to pull up to the line only to get food that wasn't fresh at all!! Like what was the purpose of waiting for cold food! The bread for the Frisco burger wasn't toasted! The fries were burnt, old, and cold! The chicken sandwich had more bread than chicken. I can't believe I spent $25 for two combos that tasted like old food!!! This place really needs new managers as it's turning to rubbish quickly!

Placed mobile order. At window I was told they were not accepting mobile orders. I told the employee that I placed the order and paid on the app. I was told to come inside. I had to make my own drinks and the order was 20 minutes late. I asked for the manager and asked what the benefit was of ordering on the app versus ordering at the window. She did not understand my question which was presented very professionally. One of the employees started mouthing off that I was disrespectful. 20 year customer that won’t be back. Do not use the mobile app!

Breakfast was fresh and great - really liked the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the sausage version wasn't bad. Hash browns were fresh.
The restroom was in rough shape. The paper towel dispenser was out of order, only one of the two stalls had a lock, and there was no changing table.
The dirtiest Hardee's that I have ever visited. This place needs management attention and corrective actions to get things clean. That would be a good start.
