I got a hot ham & cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted. There was no ice in the beverage machine, and the dining room was smoky, like maybe their exhaust fans weren't on in the kitchen.
Breakfast was fresh and great - really liked the bacon egg and cheese biscuit and the sausage version wasn't bad. Hash browns were fresh.
The restroom was in rough shape. The paper towel dispenser was out of order, only one of the two stalls had a lock, and there was no changing table.

Service was great and employees were very nice. I don't respond to these rating but I saw 2 employees go outside a door and clean the door entrance and asked the lady that was doing the work, was she a manager and she said yes, that shows her employees that she will be there to help when needed. Being a leader of responsibility myself before I retired 4 year ago. This is what business need! Her name is Mrs. Ashley, and just a shootout to her and Hardees!
