My French Toast was Luke warm,not Hot!!,The 1st pot of coffee for my Wife was Luke warm as well.

I ordered egg whites and was issued regular eggs. I ordered grits and was given hashbrowns. I informed this store twice of my order and they even repeated it. When I got there it was completely not what I ordered. Beyond upset

We were there early. One table was already served. We had to wait to be seated. Although my drink order was taken right away, my coffee was cold when it came and so was the food. Services was horrible.

IHOPs food is fairly consistent wherever you go, so you get what you expect. I wanted to take a moment to commend Aliyah. She was our waitress this evening and you just don’t get that level of service anymore.. You expect it at a higher end restaurant, but it’s great to get it at IHOP. She’s a great representative for your brand.

My waitress was sweet and my food was great. I had a small meal and did not need much attention. I enjoyed the option to pay from my table.
However, I had been waiting at the front and had gone unnoticed. The bell chimed when I entered. While waiting a child came in and the bell rung, then when he left again the bell rung. Eventually, to whom I believe was the shift manager, caught sight of me at the door and stopped what she was doing to help me. She seated me and said someone would be with me shortly. There wasn’t any music playing so you could hear the employees in the back cutting up. They were very loud about unprofessional topics. “*employee name* you take my Spanish test for me?! Español test! Will you take that for me!” This conversation was probably amplified by the defining silence in the building aside from the occasional conversation between guests. I genuinely do not mind I only came to eat breakfast quickly. I wanted to share my experience for the little time I was at this location.

The server didn't want to make milkshakes due to it being a little busy. She rolled her eyes when we asked and we decided we will just do water. When we got just water she didn't give us straws. We walked out, totally unprofessional service. Now I know it's IHOP but come on that was over the top.

Been here twice. 1st time the waiter was really rude. but i put that behind bc the food was so amazing. Ofc this time i go with my girlfriend and the person put us at a dirty table that sits 4-6 people when it’s just me and my girlfriend. No big deal he cleans the table after we got sat. we waited 20 minutes for our waiter to come. we asked for dr pepper she gave us pepsi. then we order our food after getting the drinks and she never put our order in so we waited even longer for our food. We ended up drinking our drinks while waiting on food. our drinks were empty the entire time she brought out our food and noticed our drinks empty and never gave us more drinks. she walked by and i asked for another ketchup bottle bc the bottle was empty at our table and ofc i didn’t get single refill on my drink or the ketchup. Why spend 3.59 on drinks when i can only have 1 drink and not get another refil. I also never got napkins and we had to get up and ask for our bill bc she never came back to our section. I am never coming back.

We eat here from time to time and now I remember why I hadn’t been back in a while! Waiting to have someone take our name to be put on the list ( for over 10 minutes) the manager Riley, comes up and takes a name and then he turns to see who was next and I went to say actually us( he Got Very rude ( in front of everyone) and so I just walked out because the least the manager could do is have some kindness after we just stood there patiently waiting. Two other people walked out that came before us due to the wait to get put on the waiting list. Now going to cracker barrel- you do pay for what you get!

I dined inside, and the atmosphere felt and looked old and nasty from the seating to the floors and the windows. The atmosphere was just awful. I highly suggest a makeover. I want be dining in again.
