Wow, I am shocked. This location has always had it's issues, but what ever changes were made, were most definitely for the better. I mean a real 180 from the previous standard service. The food was Great, Hot, and got to the table really Fast. Mind you, it was completely dead on the inside, but fabulous nonetheless. I ordered the Memphis Hot Chicken N' Waffles, my wife, the Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Fried Egg. Our server was amazing! Well dressed, very polite, gave us feedback on some of the new menu items, and most importantly delivered Excellent Service with a smile! Shout out to Clinique, you were great! Thank you for the great food and service.

At 50+ years old, I've never experienced the inconvenient, misleading service provided by this location since the onset of online/curbside ordering.This IHop offers/advertises "Curbside" ordering, but unlike ANY other place I've utilized, experienced this service, they don't bring your food to you at curbside... you're required to exit your vehicle and get your own food at a pickup window!?!?! That's not Curbside Service... that's Pickup Service...not what I was able to request.So, when I pulled into a designated "Curbside" parking spot ( Signage with a Curbside Number ), like any other place I was prompted online to indicate that I arrived ( which I did ) and waited for an employee to bring me my prepaid order.Never happened -- so, I called into the restaurant to ask about my order and was told I need to pickup my order at the pickup window ( which I neglected to see because I wasn't looking for it ).Time wasted, inconvenienced, and the staff pretty much acted as if this was some kind of normal Curbside operation.Why not indicate online that you only offer Pickup service... why does the restaurant have designated Curbside parking spots??Surprising experience for a restaurant in this area.
Looks like someone at THIS IHOP is Making IHOP Great Again!! That someone starts with Alicea, our server. What a wonderful waitress. RARELY do we encounter a server who actually shows genuine concern towards making the customer experience top notch. Well, Alicea did! She treated us like family, was extremely professional, and made us feel at home. Get this, I had ordered a Benedict, along with a side of biscuits and gravy and some bacon. My wife’s order was hot and ready before mine, and so were my sides. So Alicea brought the food to the table rather than let it sit under the lamp. Making sure that we both could get started while everything was fresh and hot. She even said to me “I went ahead and brought out your biscuits and gravy and bacon, because the Benedict is taking a little longer and I didn’t want your other food items to get cold.” Now, THAT’s what I like to hear!! Awesome. Then, when my Benedict was done, which was only a few minutes later, I realized why it took a bit longer…because the chef made it perfect!! Maria and Juan were working the kitchen, and I have to say that my food came out looking BETTER than the menu photo. It also tasted way better than I thought. This was the absolute BEST IHOP experience I have ever had!! …and I’ve been to many IHOPs in my day. So, KUDOS to all 3 of you and to the leadership that went out of their way to upgrade THIS IHOP from what it used to be. Everything you guys did SHOWS!! We LOVE it and will definitely Ben returning!!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited twice in the last month and each time things were worse :( Today I ordered the Jr Cupcake combo for my son, and a pancake combo for myself, with an extra side of bacon. My son was served a plain birthday pancake, the completely wrong item. My hashbrowns were raw potatoes, and instead of bacon we got turkey bacon. The server didnt notice any of this.Both visits the servers displayed a complete lack in menu knowledge. As polite as they may have been, it was an overall bad experience.

This place is the worst at night! They have a server in there that is very rude and she acts if she doesn’t want to do her job, and wait on people. never refills drinks had to ask multiple times , food was cold my kids food got sent back 3 times and still was wrong he also got a milkshake but it didn’t come till everyone was done eating the manager that guy brought food out for her but his attitude was no better I guess cause there was 7 of us and they actually had to do their job it took forever to get food then not everyone got to eat at the same time some was done eating by the time the others was just arriving you would think the food would be hot but sadly no Luke warm when told they said that food was hot maybe the bottom of the plate was where it had been sitting but the food definitely was not!! Then the new pancakes of the month was not even fixed right then to top it off they over charged us this place at night is completely opposite of the day time there so definitely would not recommend

Never got a chance to eat. We were settled, and our order was taken when a COCKROACH walked up the wall and over the table to my wife's side of the table. We got up to leave and told the waitress about the and we were leaving, and she shook it off like, "Oh well." Look, if a COACKROACH is out in the daytime, you have an infestation. I wonder if they have been checked by the board of health. Just think of how many people take them home or get into your purse or bags on your clothes. How do you serve your community like that a shame?Horrible, at least

Just waited 40mins for food that never arrived. Saw two tables with the same server get their food before us, even though ordered after us. Our server Tanesha didn't check on us once, and my water tasted strongly of dishsoap. We canceled our order and went somewhere else. Tanesha didn't seem bothered at all that we wanted to cancel our order, almost like she didn't care. Really, really bad service.
