This joint is the bomb of sushis and sashimis at Downtown Senioa. We went here to spend the birthday of our youngest son and it did not disappoint. My favorite is the seared salmon which was cooked to perfection. The taste, oh so good for everything that we ordered. I would drive all over the state for Frank’s hibachi! It makes it even easier that Frank’s personality is one I’d drive all over the state for, too. You will not find a better chef or showman, guaranteed. 10/10 recommend!
