Walked in to this place on Glenda trace in the sharpsburg area .. no customers in line .. I walk to the counter no greeting just a bunch of hands standing around talking .. then a tall dark haired guy ask what would you like ., made my sandwich as if he didn’t want to be working ., WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO BUSINESS.. that’s a fact ., customer service is and should be #1 .. no matter what ., probably won’t return ., I felt like my money wasn’t green enough ..

Hailey did a phenomenal Job making my Sub. There was a very rude and mean customer in the restaurant who yelled at her for absolutely no reason. She handled it in a very professional way. She deserves to be in a management position

I order online for my family usually on Sunday. We put our names down but they never put them on the sandwiches. I asked for light oil and vinegar but have it either drenched or none. It's usually small issues but still.

Maybe if the people making our food didn't have an air pod in one ear (literally everyone but maybe one employee) our order would've been heard. The people working are careless, have zero communication skills, and would rather talk amongst themselves than let their customers know what's going on. I don't understand how I can pay $20 for a sub and get service THIS bad.

A great place to start right off the highway, very busy place at times so plan on taking at least 20 to 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Nice folks working there in the food quality is good. Right off 85 for a convenient pop in on a road trip.

This place is always good. Customer service is friendly and quick. There is a tall white kid that always works there he is super super nice. Great employee to have if anyone from jersey Mike's is reading this. Place is cleanish and food tastes great. One of my go toos.

Tried calling 3 times today to place a large order for an event tomorrow. Nobody bothers to answer the phone, though. Pretty ridiculous.

I ordered online at noon with a pickup time of 12:15. When I arrived at 12:15 my sub was not ready. After waiting 10 minutes, I realize they were making new walkup orders. I questioned where my sub was and the "maker" said I was up next. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and I stopped tipping after the first time. If ordering online isn't worth it, I will stop going to this location. Not only did they lose a tipper they will lose a customer if it happens again.
