I'd leave zero stars if I could! We waited for 40 minutes because they were busy with online orders. We ordered the super sub, which apparently is just a ham sandwich with a fancy name, and it cost us $78 for 3 subs. Insane!

Was told it would be 5 minutes to make my order. They walked around and then stopped and talked for 5 minutes, didn't make any orders. Then when asked they said there are several sandwiches ahead of mine (ordered online apparently because nobody was in there waiting) and it'd be a couple of minutes. They still didn't get started and they certainly were not in a hurry. All the orders could have been made twice in the time they just stood there and let me wait.

Best sub shop hands down. And I don’t mean Jersey Mike’s in general, I mean this specific location. I’ve tried several other Jersey Mike’s locations, including the new one down the road on Hwy 34, but none of them are nearly as good as this one. They give you so much more meat on your sub, and it somehow just tastes way better here.

I’m sorry that I’m late sending this. A few weeks ago I ordered a sub for delivery and forgot to add a specific item. As a picky eater I would not eat the sub without that item. (yes very picky). I called the store and explained to the employee what happened. He was so understanding but unfortunately they already prepared the item and it was packed and ready for delivery. He want way above and packed separately the item I forgot to add and included it with my delivery so I could finish my sandwich to my liking. That’s “The Mikes Way”! Love these guys!

The manager here is a very cool dude .. came a little too late grill was off but he went out his way to give us coupons for a free sub. Knowing how the food industry is I understand it may have been a little slow so no worries .. great save me and my girlfriend will always come back here . BEST LOCATION IN NEWNAN !

The nicest manager I have ever met. He went out of his way to make the subs as ordered and was super kind to my disabled father and two children. The subs are huge and the hospitality is genuine.

I love this location! It is SO good and the people inside are probably some of the friendliest teens in the restaurant business. This is now the only Jersey Mike's I purchase from, because its food quality is easily double that of other nearby Jersey Mike's. I sure hope this location never changes. The owner seems to care about hiring happy, friendly, intelligent people and ensuring quality controls are met and exceeded. 😋 😋 😋

I come here during lunch rush at least twice EVERY week. They are always fast, friendly, and on point. The line moves fast enough that I never even bother with online ordering. The lunch crew all deserve raises IMO.

I ordered my food online at 136 pm. I arrived at 215pm. No one greeted me or asked me anything. I finally asked if my food was ready. They sad no and they they would START making it NOW. HIGHLY disappointed

Walked in to this place on Glenda trace in the sharpsburg area .. no customers in line .. I walk to the counter no greeting just a bunch of hands standing around talking .. then a tall dark haired guy ask what would you like ., made my sandwich as if he didn’t want to be working ., WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO BUSINESS.. that’s a fact ., customer service is and should be #1 .. no matter what ., probably won’t return ., I felt like my money wasn’t green enough ..

Hailey did a phenomenal Job making my Sub. There was a very rude and mean customer in the restaurant who yelled at her for absolutely no reason. She handled it in a very professional way. She deserves to be in a management position
