I ordered online at noon with a pickup time of 12:15. When I arrived at 12:15 my sub was not ready. After waiting 10 minutes, I realize they were making new walkup orders. I questioned where my sub was and the "maker" said I was up next. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location and I stopped tipping after the first time. If ordering online isn't worth it, I will stop going to this location. Not only did they lose a tipper they will lose a customer if it happens again.

Just made an order and they did NOT delivery my beverage that cost me $4, along with my meal. Been calling for the past 20min and nothing…no answer! So upsetting!
