My son & I both have food poisoning from the cheese steaks. It looked off right away so I really should’ve just tossed it immediately. So much for the Day of Giving if it’s just spoiled meat. Really disappointing.

I would like to share my experience with the Jersey Mike’s location located in Newnan Ga on Bullsboro. I ordered 3 sandwiches and spent close to 70.00 dollars I ordered extra cheese on the sandwiches and did not receive it the bread was old and so hard when trying to chew it I got a headache. They also left out a bag of chips that was part of my order. The subs hardly had any meat on them as well. In the future I will just pick up my order from the grocery the location located at Glenda trace.

Went in right at opening. Sandwich was dry, bread was hard. Hardly any oil and vinegar and no mayo, one slice of onion, one slice of tomatoe, hardly any lettuce and one slice of pickle. Very disappointed. I guess the quality depends on who is working. Usually wonderful.

The General Manager and his staff are nothing short of incredible. Not only can they make a great sandwich in a timely manner, but also can have a genuine conversation with customers. A trait that is often not found in this industry. Job well done!

Our softball team traveled down from Wisconsin yesterday and drove from the airport to Columbus. On our way, we stopped at this location. I communicated with the staff at this Jersey Mikes and they accommodated for us showing up 30 minutes past close to get our 36 sandwiches order for our team. It was amazing & our players really appreciated everything this location & staff did for us!

Stopped by for lunch and observed the team doing a great job attending to those in line while keeping up with online orders. After paying for my sub, I noticed an adult woman behind me begin sighing noticeably at the staff implying she was waiting too long for her order to be completed. She also shouted, ”don’t look at me”. Her behavior was frankly embarrassing, rude and inappropriate both as an adult and customer who was being assisted just like everyone else. Nick K., the General Manager and his team did not deserve to deal with that immaturity, but stayed cool and focused on getting her order completed…they even comped her sub though they were not in the wrong. Thoroughly impressed by the Team at this location and wanted to recognize their first rate customer service in a difficult situation.

This location was much better than the others I’ve been to. I mostly go to the one in Fayetteville, but this one was just better, starting with the multiple greetings upon entering. They weren’t out of certain items like other locations, and the sandwich was made perfectly. The taste was on point. Everybody can’t make a good sandwich and this one was very good. The customer service was also top tier. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. My receipt says Nicholas, and although he didn’t make my sandwich, he was excellent as well; so thank you to him and the two men who worked with him on 1/25/25. Excellent job y’all! The little things do matter.
I have been to this location 4-5 times and this will be my last. Without fail with every visit, service is beyond slow and most times the staff are bickering with each other. This particular visit was for carry out because I was in a time crunch. That was a huge mistake. I arrived 20-30 minutes after ordering the sandwich to find it wasn't ready because the ticket had been tossed. After reprinting the ticket, 4 sandwiches were made prior to making mine. When mine was finally made, the guy proceeds to put vinegar on the sandwich which was nowhere on the ticket. I quickly tell him to stop. He removes the lettuce and puts new lettuce on but the vinegar is already all over the meat and bread. Chips and a drink were offered but I declined because all I wanted was the sandwich. If this was a single occurrence of bad service, I would shrug it off as a fluke but it happens every single time which is why I won't be back. I'll stick to the Thomas Crossroads location.

We come here often and it never disappoints. The food is always great and the people are even better. The team is always smiling and friendly. They laugh and carry on a conversation with you and always make you feel welcome. One thing I love just as much as the food is the way their fearless leader, Nick, treats them and every person that walks in the door. He is encouraging to them and complimentary. He always has a smile. I’d give 10 stars if I could to l this location, the team and the food!
