My sandwich was the best I’ve had from anywhere in awhile. The manager even came out and checked on how our experience was. I think he said his name was Micah. Definitely recommend this location if your craving a quality sandwich

I came to this location a few months back and the bread was super hard and my sandwich was made wrong. But a friend of mine recommended I try this location, I hesitantly went with her for lunch, figured I’d give it another chance. I was thoroughly impressed when I went in and was informed that a new manager took over, let’s just say I can tell! The bread was soft and fresh, my sandwich tasted amazing, and the store is MUCH cleaner! I would definitely recommend this location, the new manager has really turned this place around.

I often order sandwiches from this place but the service is getting unbearable for pickup. I ordered at 11.02 AM, it is 12 right now and the sandwiches are not ready yet. This is 2nd time it has taken over an hour. I will not be ordering from here again.

Great experience! I wish I had taken note of the lady's name who helped me. I went inside to pick up a mobile order but it wasnt ready yet. The lady asked my name and confirmed my order was in progress. I told her I was going back outside because I left my vehicle running since my dog was in it. She ended up bringing my food outside to me. Incredible kindness - and the meal itself was great, too.

This is the first review I have ever done for a restaurant. if it allowed, I would provide 0 stars. Having ordered and waited 20 minutes I asked the staff if my sandwich was close to being ready. They forgot to start the chicken cheesesteak order. once the order was complete, it was incorrect and missing two toppings and the cheese was just thrown on at the end and not melted. Terrible preparation and service. staff needs retraining.

My son & I both have food poisoning from the cheese steaks. It looked off right away so I really should’ve just tossed it immediately. So much for the Day of Giving if it’s just spoiled meat. Really disappointing.

I would like to share my experience with the Jersey Mike’s location located in Newnan Ga on Bullsboro. I ordered 3 sandwiches and spent close to 70.00 dollars I ordered extra cheese on the sandwiches and did not receive it the bread was old and so hard when trying to chew it I got a headache. They also left out a bag of chips that was part of my order. The subs hardly had any meat on them as well. In the future I will just pick up my order from the grocery the location located at Glenda trace.
Went in right at opening. Sandwich was dry, bread was hard. Hardly any oil and vinegar and no mayo, one slice of onion, one slice of tomatoe, hardly any lettuce and one slice of pickle. Very disappointed. I guess the quality depends on who is working. Usually wonderful.

Our softball team traveled down from Wisconsin yesterday and drove from the airport to Columbus. On our way, we stopped at this location. I communicated with the staff at this Jersey Mikes and they accommodated for us showing up 30 minutes past close to get our 36 sandwiches order for our team. It was amazing & our players really appreciated everything this location & staff did for us!

Stopped by for lunch and observed the team doing a great job attending to those in line while keeping up with online orders. After paying for my sub, I noticed an adult woman behind me begin sighing noticeably at the staff implying she was waiting too long for her order to be completed. She also shouted, ”don’t look at me”. Her behavior was frankly embarrassing, rude and inappropriate both as an adult and customer who was being assisted just like everyone else. Nick K., the General Manager and his team did not deserve to deal with that immaturity, but stayed cool and focused on getting her order completed…they even comped her sub though they were not in the wrong. Thoroughly impressed by the Team at this location and wanted to recognize their first rate customer service in a difficult situation.
