I order Jersey Mikes alot for work, this evening I was on my way home from work my husband ordered 3 subs. I stopped in around 8:30 to pick up.. I waited a few and noticed they were cleaning, so I walked up to the counter and they advised me they were out of bread. Could ya have not call back, and said hey we can't fill your order or would you like a wrap?

As for the gentleman he is amazing top tier energy and he makes amazing sandwich’s , the young lady is quite rude I must admit, no hello to me and my wife she also just stared at us and barley spoke with any positive energy unfortunately. The experience was not amazing due to her attitude please do better with customers because I seen the difference in how you treat RACES!!

I walked in here around 425pm or so on a Friday, there were 3 customers waiting for their orders and no one in line. One worker was cooking the other at the front of the house. I was standing waiting maybe 7 minutes before I was ever acknowledged and my order was taken by the same server who was cooking. The worker at the front of house looked me in my eyes 4 times never said a word or acknowledged me. One of the two people who walked in after me did get acknowledgment from her. Poor customer service will always ruin a meal. Every other jersey Mike’s I’ve been to once they’ve added the meat to the sandwich they allow you to add toppings. They just put the meat on my sandwich and sent it to the register. When I was called pay, I mentioned I wanted to add lettuce to that and I get an attitude about how I needed to do that when I ordered my sandwich and next time order that over here when you placed the order. At that point, I didn’t want the lettuce or anyone of them touching my sandwich again so I just paid for it. The same worker who consciously decided not to acknowledge me then took my receipt and threw it away. Didn’t even ask me if I wanted it and when I asked for it instead of printing me a new one, pulled it out of the trash . These people are rude for no good reason. I don’t know if it’s a Newnan thing or what.

I went into Jersey Mike’s today(12/4/2025 at 5:50 pm) and let them know that because I’m pregnant, I can’t eat cold deli meat and needed my turkey heated. Other locations have always done this without an issue. The person who took my order initially said they could do it, but another employee guessed (ummmm is what she said) and said they could only heat the bread, not the turkey — which doesn’t make sense. I ended up standing there for nearly 10 minutes with no one acknowledging me or saying they’d be right with me.
I have never experienced such poor service at a Jersey Mike’s.We walked out.
0/10 — do not recommend this location. I'll be contacting corporate as well. Disappointing experience.

Micah and Hannah were both fantastic this afternoon helping us choose and build our subs! We had both hot and cold subs and they were absolutely delicious. We order subs here more often since we tried it in August for the first time than any other restaurant or food chain; it has been a different location every time, but all are consistent in fresh food, A1 professional service, and lively atmosphere.

My family and I came in on Black Friday. Mike the general manager was very attentive and welcoming. The absolute best sandwich I’ve ever had from here. Literally made the sandwich perfect!

Went to this location, Friday, October 17 to pick up an online order that was placed and I like the fact that they did not make the order until I arrived. Food was still fresh by the time I got home with it.

If there were any negative numbers, I would have used them. We have eaten here several times while in Newnan. It was always great service and food. Not so much last night. When we went in, I was asked what I wanted. I ordered and then the wait began. When three more people came in and ordered, mine was pushed back. He started working on theirs first. Finally got back to mine. When they finished mine, they just left it sitting. After 5 minutes, I asked if they could please wrap it so I could pay and get my food. We were in there about 30 min trying to get my sandwich. The bread was stale..... as in like 2 or 3 days old. The meat was OK. Not up to Jersey Mikes standards. I heard one of the employees say they were under new mgt. They need to get the old mgt back.
