I just went into this location of KFC on Bullsboro and walked up to the counter to order and noticed there was black dust all over the counter. I asked the Team member what it was and he replied, “I don’t know.” I noticed the sign behind the counter which stated a 10pc for 11.99, so I asked for it. The young man taking my order responded with a total of $21.00. I asked what that price was for and he replied, “the 10pc.” I pointed to the sign for the 10pc for 11.99 and he responded, “uh, that must be for a special or something.” At that time a second team member walked up to assist with getting me the correct price. Another customer soon walked in and also noticed the giant black dust particles all over the counter. The customer was asked if she’d like to order and we both insisted that they clean the counter before taking anyone else’s order. They then told us, “It’s dust from the vents.”
The 1st team member was asked by the 2nd team member to clean the countertop.
Should a customer really have had to ask for the counter to be cleaned? Otherwise, the food and service seemed acceptable. (Or at least as good as can be expected from this particular store.)

It usually is great here but, I ordered the items on line, and I was double charged for 4 items when I ordered i only ordered two. I get to pick up my order and try to order from the app at tge window and my card had a FRAUD alert from here. I'm not sure what happened but the cashiers says we don't have anything to do with the app we just fill the orders? We'll this might just be my last time after spending over an hour trying to clear the mistake on my card.

Food was exceptional. Service was exceptional. All all the employees were very respectable very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. Restroom was were spotless. I had such great service that I had to take a minute to give a five star review.
