Third car in the drive through yet I waited 20 mins. Totally unacceptable. Should have told the car at the window to pull up. I was boxed in and couldn’t leave. What a disregard for people’s time..

I had ordered 2 chicken sandwiches through the app. It took them more than 1 hour after I had placed the order to receive it. I was just standing there while the staff handled the drive thru orders and they didn't bother to apologize or say sorry for the wait. One of the employees, Shannon had the absolute worst attitude and service there. Even her colleagues didn't like working with her from the way she treated staff. Unacceptable service and wait time.

Place is dirty. Incorrect order. watch the server spill my mashed potatoes and gravy and just scrape it back in the bowl from the counter with my lid--GROSS. needless to say I walked out with out my food

Ordered 8 piece bucket meal and 8 count tenders. They gave me a 12 count cause they didn't have enough crispy chicken and they didn't give me my tenders the container I thought had tenders in it had the 4 more pieces of chicken in it. I live 30 minutes away in Franklin so it's not like I can just go back. I try calling 4 times and no one answers...
