We signed up to be able to get free grocery delivery
We ordered 3 times, the 3rd time I looked at my receipt and saw that my bill was over $100 and I only ordered $40 worth of food
I received the items I have ordered minus 2 that were out of stock, but the person that did the shopping marked all items out of stock and substituted different items ( after I marked no substitution) and purchased all junk food that we don’t even eat or received, like I said we got the items I ordered but not the other items that were on the receipt, I also had two charges on my card one for $37 ( that was the stuff I ordered ) and one for $65 that matched other items on receipt that I never got.
After that I checked my other receipts from previous orders and on my first there was a item that I didn’t order or received but paid for, so 2 out of 3 orders I got screwed on with the last one taking the cake.
I contacted Kroger several times with really no answer or result
So basically Kroger stewed me out of about $200
So be careful using their service beyond going to the store yourself

Ordered a 1/2 sheet cake. White cake with butter cream frosting. Did not know till we took a bite. It was yellow cake. With cream cheese frosting! yuck!!! Not happy with at all!. Alot of money for completely wrong order!! Even watch lady write it up correctly the day before and the baker still got it wrong. Now my son took one bite and his birthday was ruined. No birthday cake for him!! He doesn't eat and cheese or cream cheese of any product. Will never order there again!!! Very unhappy eith cake!. Wendy Gilmore McDonald s
