Don't order through Door dash because you will not receive your order. I hope who ever kept my order either needed it. After working a very long week I just wanted to relax not cook.. lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER ON DOOR DASH!

They were out of the product, and I didn’t find out until after I made the trip. Following the faded instructions on the drive-through sign, I went inside to get my order. I wasn’t even mad—I felt lucky ? that they couldn’t fulfill it. I had to go out of my way to cancel the order myself by finding the email and sending them my order number.

Great employees. They always try hard to give fresh food. The only thing they do to piss me off EVERY TIME, is when you order and pay for a large value meal and order ice water instead of a beverage, they give you a dinky, tiny cup of water. Then, when you remind them that you ordered a large ice water they argue with you. Saying that's the only size they're allowed to give you. They don't get the fact that you're paying full price for the value meal and your beverage of choice is water!!! Which by the way is free. Oye!
I had not been in years, then wanted my boys try for the first time. They were not friendly at all they messed up all my orders, which made my boys experience terrible

The burgers looked good, hot and fresh but definitely not seasoned. Couldn't even taste the extra thin piece of meat.
The food is okay. We come here a lot; I feel like it is a bit bland/soggy sometimes, so it could be a little better. Staff are usually always friendly and quick.
Prices are quite high for what you get: 4 bacon Krystals and a large fry, + 3 cheese Krystals and a small fry is over $20.

I worked a 14 hour shift today… all I wanted was a burger from Krystal’s . I got home and something told me to open my burger …. This is so nasty. I don’t know whether to throw it away or go get a refund . Extremely upset

The app asks if we’d like in store pick up or drive-thru, when placing our order, we chose drive thru. When we got to the restaurant & told the lady we have a mobile at the speaker & she rudely said “well you gone have ta come inside & get it” I said ma’am we chose drive thru, she then said rudely “COME TO THE WINDOW”. We get to the window she forces the bag of food out of the window & says “ for future reference you have to come inside & get it & then slammed the window in my face. If this was policy then why offer drive thru on your app? This happened at the Newnan Ga store on Bullsboro Dr.
