I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service at this location. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had Long John Silver’s, and today was just supposed to be a quick little lunch. However, the service I received from my server, La Miracle, was absolutely amazing! She made the experience so enjoyable that I will most definitely be coming back again.

When I visited the location in Newan,Ga, I was taken care of by Makayla and she had such a positive attitude so yes she gets a 5* because she deserves it!!!! The food was freshly cooked and it was so good I tried a bite before I left the parking lot and ended up eating most of my food there! The fish, chicken, hush puppies and fries were all fresh and delicious!!! I asked Makayla about the sauce and she recommended sweet and sour and I will now eat it only!!!!!! Such a Great Experience!!!! I actually called my daughter and told her I’m taking her to dinner Wednesday!!!! Thank you for stepping up so much!!!!!!!

The speakerbox needs to be replaced or raised higher because the employee had a difficult time hearing me. The food was overall good except the rice needed some seasoning. The drive thru path was weird but we finally figured it out. Lamiracle I think her name was. She was friendly

went in there to get some lunch and my food was warm at best and the fish not cooked properly. It should have been tossed instead of serving it. Also the building and bathrooms needs some air fresheners in general. The young girl that helped me was very pleasant but the other employees there didn't seem to interested in hreeetinf their customer.

Really not that good at all like it used to be. Coleslaw is honestly gross, the tar-tar sauce is oily and not a good, creamy sauce like it used to be (seems translucent and flavorless, must be the seed oils *shrugs*), fries are not that great either. Husband said the chicken does not taste as good as it used to. We'll be sticking to Captain D's, at least they have catfish, too. Well over $30 bucks just for 2 simple meals w/ no drinks, even Chick-Fil-A is cheaper than that.
