I travel to Newnan, GA every 2 months for business. I normally come to Longhorn Steakhouse to have a drink and get a Togo order to take back to the hotel.This trip to Longhorn Steakhouse today, April 15, 2024, I came to the bar to get a drink and let the bar associate know I might be ordering a Togo order. She immediately told me she has to get another associate to take my Togo order......EVEN THOUGH I told her I have never done that before. She really didn't care. This bartender is NOT the normal weekday bartender. I asked to speak to the Manager on Duty. Brok, Manager on Duty came out to speak with me and didn't seem to care!! I told him I was going to go to TEXAS ROADHOUSE STEAKHOUSE less than a half a mile away. Brok did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO TRY TO KEEP ME FROM GOING TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE!!I AM NOW GOING TO TEXAS ROADHOUSE STEAKHOUSE FOR and will NEVER return to this LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE.If you are in the NEWNAN, GA area do not visit LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE on BULLSBORO RD.

This is by far The WORST restaurant in the area. The kitchen is filthy! The floors are unacceptable! Everything is greasy and grimey. The food is horrible, the staff is rude with smart mouths. What staff they can keep. Poor management!

One star is far too generous for this place. It was DISGUSTING. The restaurant was filthy dirty and there was no desire by staff to clean it or clear tables to make a more pleasant atmosphere. The food was vile. It was burnt/extremely (supposed to be medium) over cooked steak that I would not feed to my dog and soggy cold chicken tenders. A 45 minute wait for this terrible food in a nearly empty restaurant. The server was not attentive or very communicative when our order only half arrived. Then brings out the missing half and it just gets plopped down when we were finished eating without explaining. Like what the actual heck is happening to me right now!?!I am not sure I have ever had such a horrible restaurant experience. Will never ever go back. I wanted to stand in the parking lot and warn anyone else coming in to run away!! Go to Wendy’s!! It’s not worth it! I am 1000% sure the board of health would shut this place down if it walked in the door. Save yourself, stay away. Absolute trash.

Waited over an hour for our food. Wen they finally brought it out. We had to take it and go bcuz mi family and I had to dive a lil over an hour to get bac home. I didn't get all of mi birthday treat the waitress brought to me for take out. It was half of wut was in the glass dish. So wen didn't enjoy our food bcuz it took so long. We want be bac!

WORST Longhorn I’ve ever been to. The floor is full of garbage. They didn’t even wipe down our table + seats properly prior to seating us. And the cherry on top: I was given USED cutlery. I didn’t gag while eating my entree so I guess that’s good but I had to wait for my meal to be over to receive the side I had ordered, after asking for it twice. Will NOT be returning nor do I believe any of these positive reviews.

Very good food and service, better than average for Long Horn. Maybe the best Long Horn I've been to.
It saddens me to say that the restaurant industry is going down day by day... it's clearly quantity over quality. My food was 25 mins late to come out cold and burnt ... yet it's 25 dollars for 1 entry? Longhorn was one of my favorites....This location needs some work. I understand they're always short staffed the good employees are underpaid so no one cares. This is literally the 3rd time this has happened. Just haven't brought it to the corporation's attention.
