Los Mariachis Mexican Restaurant

Food was fresh and excellent. We were a party of 10 and seated right away. Service was great and attentive.

We eat here all the time and the food is amazing! The staff is very friendly. Carlos will make you feel right at home. They have exceptional service and great prices too. The only reason I haven't reviewed this place sooner is because it's never crowded and it's kind of "Newnan's best kept secret". Hopefully when everyone reads this and flocks to them, they will keep a table reserved for us. Viva Los Mariachis!

We waited 30 minutes at the host stand and were never seated. A couple that was sitting at a table nearby told us they had not even seen their server yet that whole time. Us, and the family behind us, just walked out. Believe the reviews. This place is a joke.

Excellent service and awesome frozen margaritas! Ask to see Carlos! He’s the best waiter; so attentive and always has a great attitude. The food is great too!

We are still fairly new to the area and tried Los Mariachis Mexican Restaurant for the first time tonight for dinner and were we ever impressed with the freshness of the food and the quality and taste of the food. I had one of the best burritos I have ever had. We will definitely be back often!

First time there. I'll definitely be going back. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I had a pork burrito. Yum yum yum

The staff was great, it was very clean and mine and my daughter experience was our first time there. We ordered 3 chicken ? tacos, I had a to go beer and supreme chicken ? nachos. It’s her favorite

Kid-friendliness: We walked since we stay behind the restaurant and he was smiling which she smiled back and made us feel welcomed.

We eat here typically weekly. Friendly staff, very good food, great margaritas. If anything isn’t right with the order they work to correct it right away.

Carlos was a great waiter, very fun and even educational about the food and drinks.The roasted salsa is delicious.The Machaca brisket was very unique and tasty. My wife’s fajita combo quesadilla was also very well done, absolutely stuffed with meat and delicious. Very clean and fresh tasty food all around. The sangria also looked great separately with the presentation.

I had a horrible food experience here once. The food was overcooked and a tasted like it was sitting on a grill for most of the day. Very overpriced and the service was very bad. Their recent health inspection rating doesn't surprise me. On another note, this restaurant no longer accepts food deliveries for DoorDash, Uber eats, etc. However, they have not disabled it so that people can no longer order. So heads up if you're a customer or a delivery driver. The whole place is just bad.

We normally would go to the Peachtree City location of this small-chain restaurant every 2 - 3 weeks. However, They seemed to be having issues there lately - overcharging on the bill, losing their liquor license (temporarily?), etc. We decided to take a break from them and revisit other local Mexican restaurants. We had noticed this location en route to Newnan before, but had not checked it out (since we literally drove by the PTC location in order to get here). However, we felt like trying someplace slightly different one Sunday evening, so we made the drive. If you approach this place from PTC on Lower Fayetteville Road, then at the intersection before you cross I-85 there is a Kroger plaza on your right and a Publix plaza on your left. This restaurant is in the Publix plaza. If you face the Publix, the restaurant is all the way at the left end of the buildings and around that corner. It is the business on the very end on that side. There was adequate parking. When we visited, they were relatively busy. They have a few tables outside in front, and a number of tables and booths inside (plus bar seating). I'd guess it is about half the size (or slightly less) compared to the PTC location. However, I don't think this place has been open that long. It looked less worn that the PTC location - like it hadn't yet had enough time / traffic to roughen up the edges. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. We got a combo and a taco platter. Both were good and there was another meal's worth of food to take home for the next day. There were no issues or surprises. We enjoyed our visit. I hope the original PTC location ups their game and becomes more like this place in the future.

We love this place. By far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The salsa is fantastic, wait staff friendly, and the menu is just varied enough. So glad you’re here Los Mariachis!

Good food, fast and friendly service. A little expensive.My first dish at every restaurant is the Chimichanga. That's how I judge my American-Mexican restaurant ha.Los Mariachis uses brisket as their steak. That is very different from other traditional Mexican restaurants in the area. They also have Modelo on draft, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the Chimi was large, with no shortcuts on the meat. I think the amount of brisket and queso they used could possibly make up for the price.The staff was very friendly. My only issue here is they don't have printed menus that are up to date, and they seem to prefer you scan a QR code to look at the menu. But that might be a pandemic procedure, so I can understand.

Stopped in the other day to have lunch and the place was filthy! Went into the men's room the floor had scattered napkins and paper towels on the floor the men's room stalls had no toilet paper, and if you wash your hands with no paper towels in the hand towel dispenser. I can only imagine how the kitchen cleanliness is maintained. Well to my wondrous eyes that appear they just failed another health inspection again! No one, and I mean NO ONE should stop in here to eat if they want to have edible food without having their stomach pumped afterwards!

Poor customer service our first waiter was very impatient. It was very hot inside, as a person with issues of passing out I couldn't stand how hot it was to enjoy my meal. The bathroom was even hotter with flies in it. They tried to upcharge me on my jarritos drink from 3.24 somehow they tried to charge 4.99 but I got them to fix it, the online menu did not match their in person menu which I did not receive until after I tried to pay and saw how expensive things got. They brought out a huge bowl of black bean soup when I asked just for a side of black beans when I ordered so I could eat it with my queso and nachos, then they tried to fix it by bringing me a cup of black bean soup which is still not what I ordered but I just went with it anyway because I'm not one to usually speak up. If they are going to update their menu they should do it online too. I was very dissatisfied with their restaurant the only thing good about the place was the food.
