I really wanted to like this place because the customer service is great, but the food is absolutely horrible. HORRIBLE!!! I ordered the dinner size, pasta, and vodka sauce with fried eggplant. The eggplant had absolutely no flavor. None!! The pasta was not the dinner portion. It was in a dinner container with the lunch portion. The vodka sauce did not taste like vodka sauce. The chicken fingers and fries that I ordered for my toddler wasnt even real chicken. It was some cheap white meat that was minced. The garlic bread had no garlic flavor. It was warm bread and butter. Seriously, a new chef is needed. I should have listened to the reviews. The best part of the meal was the side salad. $44 dollars wasted. I immediately vomited after eating the pasta. Never again!

Expensive and food was alright. Kids fettuccine was $14. The lasagne was ok. I liked the food better before they moved. Server was nice. Will say, we probably will not return though. It cost us over $100 after tip for lunch.
Our group reserved the private room for our luncheon. The two waiters were so nice, despite our noisy group of ladies! The table arrangement was set for the number of ladies attending before we arrived. The waiters took our orders in courses which was a very nice touch. Food was very well prepared and served in a timely manner. Just perfect for our group of 18. Be sure to order dessert!

Tried them shortly after they opened new location and it was not good so tonight we gave them another. Hance. Same as the first time. Terrible service. Severely understaffed. They were not that busy and it took over 45 minutes to get food and it was mediocre. Last time we eat there!

Chicken piccata was uninteresting at best Eggplant parmigiana was limp and tasteless and seemed like it might have been around for a while. I have had better eggplant in a frozen dinner. Barely any sauce on on the dish. Big disappointment.
