Normally my experiences here are pretty good.
Today I went through the drive thru and wanted an ice cream and a coke. I decided to not do a mobile order because in the past when you order ice cream and their machine is down, they can’t fulfill the order and you don’t get your points back. So, I started the order by asking if the ice cream machine was down — the girl on the other side was unintelligible in her response so I had to repeat my question a couple times (that’s fine). I told her I wanted to use my reward points for the ice cream so I gave her my code. She gave me the total for the ice cream and Coke and said it was $4 and to pull around. I told her I wanted to use my points for the ice cream and she snarkily replied that I already gave her my code, but I said that it shouldn’t be included in the total. She asked, with attitude, for my code again. I said nevermind and left. I get it, you work at McDonald’s and deal with people all day but don’t ruin my day by being sour just because you yourself are miserable at work.

Ask for plain cheese burger and plain hamburger just chesse got home the have everything onion,pickle l,ketchup and mustard.. You can do better just read the screen.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this is bad enough for if, no one picking up tables, the garbages over flowing, the staff is not happy or paying attention to anything, just needs a bit of management and it should straighten right up. Not terrible but needs improvement.

Not on this particular day but usually McDonald's employees have a very bad attitude but not on this day I ordered the double cheeseburger combo meal and I live just around the corner from McDonald's the fries were cold and stuff and the cheeseburgers taste like wood McDonald's food has gone downhill consistently over the last 17 years to me the food is always cold and it always tastes like it's not real food the McDonald's french fries were the best french fries you can buy at one point in time now they are the worst french fries you can buy and like I said usually the employees have a very bad bad attitude I do not go to McDonald's and let someone specifically asked for I cannot take the cold food and the bad attitudes all together
Ordered a meal deal with French Fries and was informed they didn't have any ketchup! My reply was youre McDonalds, selling French fries with every order, how do you NOT order enough ketchup? Blank stare...... EPIC MANAGEMENT
