This location was overall pretty clean and the playground was nice. Our food was as expected, but the play area was freezing cold… way over-AC’d. However the reason for 3 stars is the service was lacking. I ordered food, took a table number as expected, and sat in the play room watching my kids. The table number says “we will bring your food out,” and every other location I’ve been to that was the case. I waited for quite a while and then an
employee finally came to the door and asked what number I was, then turned and left before I could respond. After waiting in the line for quite a while I finally saw a tray of food to the side and checked and saw it was mine. All the interactions with that employee were equally lackadaisical.

Stopped by McDonald's on Lower Fayetteville in Newnan. Ordered a chicken biscuit meal. Got to work and this how my chicken biscuit look. I wouldn't feed this to anyone.

Probably the worst designed McDonalds I’ve ever seen. There are three parking spaces on the side of the building with the only entrance to it. There might be 10 parking spots around the entire store and only one handicap parking spot. Took literally 15 minutes to complete my order of (1) large Coke.

We came through on Friday evening and were missing our chicken nuggets that we ordered and paid for. We pulled back up to the window and told the young guy and immediately heard yelling from another lady and screaming that she put our food in the bag and we must’ve taken them out because we wanted more and said we were liars. That was not the case. We offered to let them check the bag and they kept saying “well she said that she put them in there” when the bag was clearly missing then. I used to like this McDonald’s but honestly after feeling like I was profiled and called a liar, I can I won’t be back.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the team at McDonald’s this morning—especially Precious the manager, Miriam, and Virginia. I placed a mobile order for breakfast, not realizing they don’t receive it until you pull up to the window. By the time I arrived, breakfast was technically over. But these amazing ladies went above and beyond to make sure I still got the breakfast I had my heart set on.

What they didn’t know is that my world has been turned upside down—my mom has been in the hospital for two weeks battling cancer, and it’s been one of the hardest times of my life. Their kindness and compassion this morning touched me more than they’ll ever know.

This is why I love this McDonald’s. They truly care—not just about service, but about people. Thank you for making my day a little brighter.

The workers here are incompetent. I have had *multiple* orders missing an item at the drive thru that I’ve ordered and paid for. Whenever I go back in to tell them about it, not once have they ever apologized. Management needs to keep an eye on the people they hire. They are consistently incapable of doing their job.
