I always stop here to get my espresso coffee and the lady in the Drive-Thru that makes my coffee in the mornings is amazing!!

Ordered three simple meals. They forgot my kid’s drink and apple slices for her happy meal. All of our fries were cold and hard. There was no line at the time. Order 1361 on 1/29 6:34pm. Please, do better.

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. The customer service is horrible and the food is always cold. The French Fries are always cold and hard. The French Fries are to over priced to be horrible. The owner of this restaurant needs to train each team member and mangers on how to treat customers.

Unfortunately, this McDonald's has lost a step. I ordered a $50 meal for the family on the kiosk. The instructions said take a number, go to your table and they will bring out the food. 20 minutes later I go up to the counter and our food was sitting there cold with multiple other customers just hanging out breathing on my food. If they don't want to bring the food to the table they could at least call out numbers. Furthermore, they had our order on two trays stacked on top of each other. I don't want trays sitting on top of my food. I asked for a refund because my food was cold which they did. Not once did anyone apologize. The gentlemen who processed the refund wasn't rude but he wasn't nice either. Won't be back here.
