Every single time we receive our food at the second window, Dante is there—and he consistently delivers exceptional customer service. He is extremely polite, engaging, and always greets customers with a friendly smile and a great attitude.
When we noticed he was gone for a while, his absence was truly felt. That’s how impactful his presence is. I finally saw him again last night and made a point to ask his name so I could let him know his customer service and smile were missed and noticed.
McDonald’s, please recognize Dante! He is exactly the kind of employee you want representing your brand—the mold you should copy for others to follow.

I visited this McDonald’s location tonight 11-20-2025, and my experience at the first drive-thru window was very disappointing. The cashier at the first window was rude and had a noticeable attitude. Her appearance was not professional, and she was wearing a purple ear pod while working. She rushed customers and was openly complaining that people “need to hurry up,” even though the store still had an hour before closing.
When I pulled up to the second window, I asked the young man for her name, but he explained that he had just started and didn’t know it.
Overall, the customer service was unacceptable and needs improvement. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers have a better experience.

We asked for FRESH FRIES And we’re giving hot fries there’s a major difference you taking the fries at the back and re-cooking them. It’s not fresh we want actual from frozen to the fire to the McDonald’s fries cup, and into our bag fresh fries. Had to drive back around and the girl at the front immediately got an attitude with us. I haven’t heard her yelling to Coworker who was telling her to stop I guess with her attitude “ I DON’T CARE” At that point, I just decided I want it my money back and we went to the location on Bullsboro Rd and got actual french fries even though I forgot to ask them for fresh fries at the window the first time and then we went home and enjoyed our meal, whoever is working on November 1, 2025 at around 6 PM to 6:20 PM. Avoid that shift and buy your food at another time.

I felt the need to write this review because it’s wild to me that the McDonalds drive through staff are friendlier than any dine-in restaurant I’ve been to recently. I am starting to choose McDonald’s breakfast over basically everything solely because the service is always above and beyond, and I love being greeted with a smile and positive attitude!!! On top of that, the order always comes out hot and delicious! Thank you guys for always kicking off my day with a great start!!

Half filled drink no ice with 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Meal. gross looking drink for 6 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Happy Meal® no ice, food thrown in bag with rest of food.

This location was overall pretty clean and the playground was nice. Our food was as expected, but the play area was freezing cold… way over-AC’d. However the reason for 3 stars is the service was lacking. I ordered food, took a table number as expected, and sat in the play room watching my kids. The table number says “we will bring your food out,” and every other location I’ve been to that was the case. I waited for quite a while and then an employee finally came to the door and asked what number I was, then turned and left before I could respond. After waiting in the line for quite a while I finally saw a tray of food to the side and checked and saw it was mine. All the interactions with that employee were equally lackadaisical.
