I didn’t take a picture but I would like to say this has been one of the hottest McDonald’s I’ve been too. Food was hot and the service was fast. If you’re in the area swing by and grab you a hot meal!!!

Saturday December 13 at 345 ordered 2 double cheeseburgers an a large fry an the fry’s were burnt to the point you could not eat them they were to hard and you could tell the burgers were a little burnt as well

This McDonald's is an all-around disappointment. From the staff, to the restaurant itself being unkempt. Just an extreme lack of basic customer service skills and attention to the customers. There was a bit of internal drama going on in the back, if she ain't working, I ain't working, if he ain't working I ain't doing it either sort of thing. My opinion is to keep driving down the interstate.

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took 34 minutes to get us our cold food as they are screaming and cursing at each other in the back.

I placed a mobile order as I was passing by this area and never again. I placed it before breakfast ends and they asked me to pull ahead and wait. I waited a good 20 minutes before a team member came out to give me the wrong order. I told her my order and gave her my order code. She returned back inside and came out again to tell me my order was given to the wrong customer and offered me a refund or asked if I would like something else but could not make any breakfast as it was now past breakfast hours. I denied any other order cus my kids have not had any breakfast. I just wanted my money after waiting so long. The team member assured me I could complete my refund thru the app and I drive away. I tried to do a refund on the app and lo and behold you can’t. I called the establishment and was told by a different team member if it was a mobile order I had to go back. I do not live close to this location. There is not a convenient time I could go back. From the reviews it seems like this is a constant issue.

I went in this morning to use the kiosk to order breakfast. When I start to enter my order a white older man( appeared to be the manager) stands behind me and is staring at what I am doing. I ask him if I can help him and he says no . So I continue but I sense he is still staring. I again ask yes and he responded by saying he had to something on that kiosk. I told him that is fine I will move to another seeing the others were empty. He said no and added what are you looking for.
By his attitude I felt that since I do not fit his profile of a customer I needed to be looked at what I was doing. I felt looked down and as if he was trying to intimidate me.
I guess truck drivers are not welcomed at this location.

5:45AM, placed a mobile order and I’m told “sorry we can’t make any orders” right as I pull up to the speaker. I told them I had a mobile order to which I was told yall can’t do it and I would be refunded. Seems like an ongoing theme that this place can’t open on time. Not sure what the problem is seems like Owners could care less considering I’m not the only one with this problem. FIX IT!

It never fails every single time I go to this location it's nothing but bad service I can order on my mobile app and wait 30 minutes before I even leave my house to go and pick up my order and yet I still get parked for another 30 minutes when they tell me all I'm waiting on is four chicken nuggets I am sick and tired of this being acceptable at this location It's almost 8:00 at night and there is definitely not a rush!!!!!!

Order door dash for my cousin because she is at work right now and the workers didn't put in the fries. It was fries, a Quarter Pounder and a drink. That's it. 3 items. How could you forget one item out of the 3. Needless to say i will not door dash from McDonald's again
