The cook. Or sandwich maker did not care. I believe her name was Nena or leyna. She did not make my ordernproperly wanted a double n when went to have fixed shw slapped a cold filet n a non melting piece of cheese on it and handed it back to the drive through girl.

3.13.25 This McDonald's and reviewing it makes me dizzy. I just attempted to go through the drive thru at 4 pm on a Thursday. 2 cars were ahead of me. I pulled up the the intercom to order and waited for them to say something.. and I waited and waited and waited. Finally I left the drive thru, only to see no cars waiting but there were employees behind the pick up window just milling about. Absolutely useless!! Why can't the owners of this location actually hire a staff that WANTS to be there instead of employees that make your store look like a disappointing waste of time over and over again?
Past:::This McDonald's has struggled for YEARS. The current employees they have now though, have had a huge effect on my likelihood to eat or not eat McDonald's, no matter where I am. These kids are rude, unprofessional and pay no attention to the restaurants posted hours. Just in the past week they were not open for breakfast at 9 am or midnight on a Friday night, though McDonald's hours are 4 am -3 am 7days a week. Employees choose to "close" the restaurant whenever they feel like taking a break, and don't put up signs, they might tell you they're closed in the drive thru but for the most part, they turn their backs to you, as if they don't see you there. There have been so many complaints for this location I can't believe it continues to remain open.. well, mostly open. I would be ashamed if one of these kids were mine! If this is how they act at this age, watch out! These kids need retraining not only on the job but off the job as well. Of course it mostly comes down to customer service and a few times food prep. I only come here because it's close to my house and luckily they haven't messed up the shamrock shakes! Revision 5.13.23 This location is getting MUCH better. Every time I go lately, it's a better experience. The staff are friendly and efficient. The food is as I've come to expect for all McDonalds locations, which is a good thing. Nice job hwy 29 newnan McDonald's! Thank you.

Went here for breakfast. Service was super slow. It was about 9:30 am and they had no orange juice and tried to give my kids chocolate milk that expired days before. When mentioned it was expired the worker didn't even flinch. We were given hotcakes and when we asked for utensils they say "we ran out" and we had to eat them with our hands since it was paid for. When I say I will NEVER return to this location, I mean it

Terrible.. literally terrible.. the people have no sense of urgency, no care about what they're doing much less what you ordered. The food was dry and cold so I don't understand why I had to wait for so long. AND STILL forgot one sandwich so I had to go through the drive thru AGAIN. And they still got it wrong! I've said it for years ... They should tear this place down and build a sonic.
