Food, not bad. Service was great. Mabey I shouldn't add cold salsa with my burrito and that way it could stay warm? Moe's will never get a 5 stars from me until they bring back colored chips.

Went to eat Sunday (12/19/2021) night at 5:57 pm. Workers were inside with doors locked and everything put up but the lights were on. Their posted hours say they close at 9pm. Another family was trying to get in too.

Walked in 1 hour and 17 minutes BEFORE closing and we're told that they are out of queso and won't be making more bc they are almost closed. Waste of time and resources to operate this establishment with such incompetent and lazy employees. Will never be back.

Lunch on Monday with wife. Out of beef burrito filling. All other ingredients tepid. Restaurant was not very clean. Chicken was dry and chewy. Bad experience. Will not be back.

First I would like to say Moe's has always been one of our families favorite quick service restaurants!!!That said...Newnans Moe's didn't survive the pandemic. The service is terrible and the food is unpalatable. SERIOUSLY! I'm disappointed mostly because in corporate restaurants it is next to impossible to mess it up. Not only that they have lost all of their good employees and the ones working there now just don't care.We will not be returning until they get their act together.

The place was filthy. The floors, table tops, everywhere I looked. I blame the manager. From the other reviews I read on here this was not an isolated incident. I wonder it passes inspection.

Absolutely horrible!! We will never go back to this location. The options were limited due most of the food looking like it’s been sitting for a long period of time. My salad was horrible and my husband’s burrito was as well. A total waste of our money and time.
Just picked up my burrito for lunch and work about 4 mins away. Not only was burrito literally falling apart it was ice cold. Throwing away because I don't know if meat is cooked. I have ordered from Moe's before and didn't eat until 20 or 30 minutes later and it was warmer than this...won't be back to Newnan location

Love this location, it has come a long way! Came in on a “slower” day and all the employees were cleaning various parts of the restaurant. Still got my “Welcome to Moe’s!” and was server quickly and pleasantly. I don’t know what changed, but I love it here!

Rice is undercooked and crunchy. Meat of overcooked and over-seasoned. Veggies were decent though. Salty, crunchy snack made possible to eat with unlimited refills from the coke machine.
