Good variety of healthy entree options to choose from. Our server was attentive and considerate. Easy to get the restaurant with plenty of parking. Would definitely come again.

Happy Mothers Day to me! My son took me out to lunch. I REALLY wanted Onion rings. And our wonderful waitress Trish said you want them we can make that happen. They were Soo good. I told them they should add them to the menu. The sweet lady who cooked them even came our to our table. Haven't been here in a while we definitely will be back. Everything was great and our waitress was Wonderful.

Food is pretty good for the price. Service is a little slow but decent I guess it’s not the worst. It’s a nice spot for lunch or dinner.

Best customer service ever!! The manager on duty, Tobi made it so much fun and the food was perfect. When you stop by ask for Tobi and tell her hello.

Our waitress Sandra was amazing, fast service and good food.I very much enjoyed the eclectic range of the music that was playing in the restaurant.Talked a little with the manager when she checked on us to see how our dining experience was goingThis is my first visit here, will definitely return!!!!

Sandra our waitress was awesome. She was on top of everything. Drinks and food were good service was great. Manager checked to make sure everything was good. First time eating at O,charleys just moved to the area will absolutely come back again

Phenomenal service, amazing atmosphere, a young woman by the Kayley I believe it was, was extremely accommodating to me and my family! My kids loved the food and she knew exactly how to put a smile on their faces when they were hesitant on trying new things. The next time that I am in newnan I will 100% be dining at this establishment again and will recommend to all my friends and family when they’re in the area! Thank you so much it’s hard to find good food with great service these days.

Ashley was great!! We visited O Charley’s today to get together and reminisce with family! Ashley made us feel right at home! Her delivery and explanation of the menu was top tier! She made sure we had everything we needed from start til finish! Shouts out to Ashley!!

Our food was delicious! Ashley our server was excellent. She made us feel right at home. She was prompt and thorough & made sure we were well taken care of! We enjoyed our outing at this facility.

I visited the restaurant a couple of times. My server was Patricia. She came over to my table with a pleasant smile. I had a rough day but she made my day better with that smile and her kindness. I really appreciated her giving me the best customer service and the experience that was welcoming, warm, and enjoyable. My food was hot, my potatoes were creamy, my shrimp in the sauce was not too much it was just right. It was pretty busy, but she was extremely great through it all. I am writing this review to thank her for all her hard work and making my evening the best ever.

Everything was amazing! Our waiter Camden was very fast and nice! Our food came out hot and tasted amazing! The customer service and management was great as well. Would highly recommend!

Greeted by two wonderful people. Server had to bartend and serve tables. Draft beer was flat and had a strange odor. The food took far too long to get to the table and when it arrived it was cold. The pork chops appeared to have been microwaved. The Mac n cheese was tough, and the broccoli was cold and undercooked. The people behind us were complaining, as well. Although the server was very nice about the whole situation, we felt overlooked and it took a long time to get our ticket. This location should really close its doors.

I was charged 15% for curbside but of course I had to go in. The potatoes skins were rocks and the big catfish tenders in the pics on line were more like catfish fries. Won't get more of my money!

Even though there was a 30min wait, our waitress was so kind and super responsive. The rib meat was perfectly falling off the bone and the sweet potatos were so good! I had enough leftovers for dinner that night as well so it was plenty of food.#mariodeblakrobinson #8robinsonstv

Ate here on a Sunday with my family. There was no wait at 12 which should have given me a clue. Waitress was exceptional, so this review does not reflect the level of service we were given. I have not eaten at an Ocharlie’s in years, but the food in the past had always been decent. We ordered an appetizer that came with chicken tenders. The tenders looked undercooked, but were over cooked and dry. My husband and dad both complained of soggy fries and camp potatoes. The grilled chicken on my salad was rubbery. Our dog enjoyed the steak and burger when we got home, but they were too chewy and bland for human consumption. I don’t know what has happened to make their food quality go down so much, but I will never eat there again.
