Good variety of healthy entree options to choose from. Our server was attentive and considerate. Easy to get the restaurant with plenty of parking. Would definitely come again.

Wasn't feeling well today, so decided to pick dinner up for myself. My birthday was last week, and I hadn't used the free cobbler coupon that the restaurant emailed me. I arrived at the restaurant about 4 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I had received a text message confirming my order and giving instructions for pickup. I texted back that I was "here" as instructed and waited. After 15 minutes, I called the restaurant and told them I was still waiting. Someone brought my food out immediately. The food was barely warm...probably because it had been sitting on a counter for the 15 minutes I waited in their parking lot. The rolls were overdone. I had selected the peach cobbler, put received a container clearly marked apple. Not sure that I'll go back.

Happy Mothers Day to me! My son took me out to lunch. I REALLY wanted Onion rings. And our wonderful waitress Trish said you want them we can make that happen. They were Soo good. I told them they should add them to the menu. The sweet lady who cooked them even came our to our table. Haven't been here in a while we definitely will be back. Everything was great and our waitress was Wonderful.

Phenomenal service, amazing atmosphere, a young woman by the Kayley I believe it was, was extremely accommodating to me and my family! My kids loved the food and she knew exactly how to put a smile on their faces when they were hesitant on trying new things. The next time that I am in newnan I will 100% be dining at this establishment again and will recommend to all my friends and family when they’re in the area! Thank you so much it’s hard to find good food with great service these days.

Ashley was great!! We visited O Charley’s today to get together and reminisce with family! Ashley made us feel right at home! Her delivery and explanation of the menu was top tier! She made sure we had everything we needed from start til finish! Shouts out to Ashley!!

Our server missed a few items like silverware and napkins (we didn't get the silverware until after we got our food - usually those 2 are handed at the beginning).Another server named Sandra had an attitude problem when we asked for a to-go cup for a simple Dr. Pepper. Please don't be a server if you aren't willing to help people get a simple to-go cup and answer with a nasty attitude and look. Also we found a staple in our pilaf rice. Highly do not recommend eating here.Needless to say, won't be coming back. :)
Went there last night with family from out of town. The server was the only nice thing I can say about the visit. Due to going about 40 min prior to closing, I assume this I why none of our food was correct. The potato soup had chunks of left over bites of potato and not slices. It was watered down. The steaks were microwaved to well done status instead of medium. The lobster quesadillas were chewy. After two bites, we didn't feel safe eating more. The porks chops were so tough a knife could barely cut them. The server saw that we left everything untouched. We should have read the reviews first.

Our food was delicious! Ashley our server was excellent. She made us feel right at home. She was prompt and thorough & made sure we were well taken care of! We enjoyed our outing at this facility.

I visited the restaurant a couple of times. My server was Patricia. She came over to my table with a pleasant smile. I had a rough day but she made my day better with that smile and her kindness. I really appreciated her giving me the best customer service and the experience that was welcoming, warm, and enjoyable. My food was hot, my potatoes were creamy, my shrimp in the sauce was not too much it was just right. It was pretty busy, but she was extremely great through it all. I am writing this review to thank her for all her hard work and making my evening the best ever.

I gave this place 3 stars because they were willing to fix the biggest mess up My burgers were char burnt and food sloppily prepared and cooked. I contacted them and they did fix it. Maybe I was already too turned off so it stand out to me or anything but it was decent once it was prepared over. Overall you may get better food and service dining in.
