Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

This old lady at the front was seating me and my boyfriend, she was extremely rude and made us wait longer than our wait time. The food was good service just wasn’t.

Adriana was terrific! Ask for her for your server. Very nice and can tell she cares and not just there for a paycheck.

Our server was great but my scampi came out with hardly any food on the plate for 20$. No manager came to our table despite the server asking him to 3x. My family finished their dishes and my food had still not been fixed. It’s getting harder and harder to bring myself to go out and spend money on less than average dinning experience. And don’t get me wrong I don’t need great service to go out but the food is what keeps me eating out. But you have to actually get food to eat out. It is absolutely ridiculous that a Darden restaurant has managers that are refusing to make things right after the server has continuously tried to help and the manager is just absent. Did not see him the entire visit.

I went to Olive Garden last night and my waiter was Joey, and omg he was truly amazing! I was a waitress for a lot of years so when I get good polite service I have to share. Thanks again Joey for checking on us and making sure we were good along with taking our dirty dishes away at perfect timing

Upon entering was acknoledge and met by host which took us straight to our seats. Server was with us within 5 minutes, very courteous and friendly. Food came out quick and tasted great

We recently ate at Olive Garden and had the unfortunate experience of being served by Jocelyn. From the moment we sat down, she seemed impatient and uninterested in providing good service. Instead of making us feel welcome, she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Despite them closing late she rushed us through the meal, hovering and making it clear she wanted us to finish quickly. Dining out should be a relaxing experience, but my husband and I felt rushed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable. We insisted we box our food Togo and finish eating in the car.
We won’t be back to this location .
