We recently ate at Olive Garden and had the unfortunate experience of being served by Jocelyn. From the moment we sat down, she seemed impatient and uninterested in providing good service. Instead of making us feel welcome, she acted as if we were inconveniencing her. Despite them closing late she rushed us through the meal, hovering and making it clear she wanted us to finish quickly. Dining out should be a relaxing experience, but my husband and I felt rushed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable. We insisted we box our food Togo and finish eating in the car.
We won’t be back to this location .

Whisky sour was good, but that’s just mix and the bourbon in the well. Salad was fresh and tasty as always. Fettuccine Alfredo was creamy, buttery and very good but the major flaw was the scallops. The dish calls for shrimp and scallops but we ordered only scallops, without the shrimp. To me that would mean a few more scallops in place of the shrimp. We were charged for “extra scallops” and to add insult to injury the few scallops were tiny. Smaller than the nail on my little finger, and overcooked and therefore tough. Not worth the price charged.

Matthew was our service this afternoon and he did a fantastic job! Attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Food was on point and everything was delicious! My one and only complaint was that the restaurant was hot temperature-wise.

I would like to thank Ms. Barbie for the wonderful customer service and the waitress for serving me and my wife. She was awesome . The food was good 👍the place was clean and the restroom was clean. I love this restaurant.

My Entrea was Ice cold. even the plate was cold. Our waitress never came back so I walked to front door people and informed them, they immediately took it to the kitchen. We never saw our waitress until it was time to pay. People at another table had a similar problem
TERRIBLE WAITRESS, AND COLD FOOD, NOT HAPPY. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
