Stopped in for lunch today and was surprised to see a shift change happening right in the middle of the lunch rush, with customers lined up out the door. It really slowed service and showed little consideration for people on a tight schedule. If your time is limited, I’d recommend avoiding this location during lunch hours.

Husband picked up Panera last night for my birthday, and was given the wrong order. Called and talked to the closing manager and he apologized and told us to come back today and they would give us the right order, he knew exactly which order they had messed up on and that he could see our actual order sitting there but it was already closing time and we live 45 minutes away so we couldn’t go get it last night. Went tonight to go get it and the woman manager tonight was extremely rude and said since we didn’t bring the receipt to prove we were there last night and the manager the night prior didn’t leave a note she wasn’t going to fix it we even asked if she could call the manager and verify said she didn’t have time to do but the manager the night before never mentioned bringing the receipt or anything so we figured he would have let someone know. If you’re going to charge as much as you do for the food then you can afford to hire better management with actual customer service skills.

Ordered online to pick up. Told them I was here for my order. I was told it was ready. Stood around for 20 minutes after pickup time, asked a manager about my food. She snapped at me that she was busy and to ask the front counter (I already had). Finally they find my order already packed and cold. Terrible customer service and no point ordering ahead they will still make tou wait and not give you your completed order. O could understand if the place was slammed but I say for 20 minutes and only 3 walk in orders came in. So not very busy.

Today was my first day ever having Panera bread and they treated me so well! I was on my way to work so I received fast service. The guy at the counter helped me decide on what I wanted, everything I asked home about he gave me a list of what it contained! I will definitely be going back! He made sure I had enough food for my 12 hour shift as well!

I went to pick up an online order that I saw was packed and ready to go. A cashier walked past me to go help the line of people, so I asked a man who looked like a manager for help. (White shirt, white facial hair i think?) i said “excuse me, could i have that order please?” and he, without saying a single word, passed me the food with a stink look on his face. All he had to do was turn around and pass something to me, but didn’t even have the decency to say have a good day or something. Great customer service!

I had an amazing time today. My croissant sandwich & soup were perfect. I highly recommend the soup & sandwich combo.
I also was so grateful they had the fireplace on. It was cold & raining hard. I needed just a nice quiet, warm corner to relax after work. WELL DONE PANERA CREW!

Not only does this location not have a drive-thru, but when you go in, there is on one at the counter to take your order. They’ll say, “We’ll be right with you,” but continue to do whatever for 3-5 minutes. Not everyone wants a to touch a nasty screen kiosk to place an order. Panera is way too expensive for the quality of the food you receive.
