Not really friendly service considering a drink, a water bottle, a bowl of mac and a small portion of bread is like $17. Kept going up to counter and people were pretending not see me/us. We tipped ahead and I wish we hadn’t. This is the problem with our broken entitled exploitative tip system in America.
Stood there at the counter wanting some basic stuff. Nobody including manager acknowledged my existence had to beg for a plastic fork. That’s all I wanted and my drink cup.
Just a bad vibe in general and for people like me who are really going through it these days, it adds insult to injury. I don't wana do the boring stuff in life either guys, but let's be nice to each other by default mkay?
Here's the clearly either used or unwashed fork and spoon that came with our food. Disgusting. 🤮
I may be wealthy now but my first job in college was at mcdonalds 11 years ago and I worked my tail off and treated people with respect.

Came to this Panera for breakfast. They were out of eggs and bacon. Took 45 mins to get a to-go order. We asked how much longer and got “oh your 2nd in line.” No sorry, we are behind. No heads up we are short staffed and your order is going to take a while. Once order was received it was wrong. Will not be returning to this location.

Stopped by Panera for lunch and got their broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl - absolutely perfect! The atmosphere is cozy and clean, great for working or meeting friends. Staff was friendly and efficient. A bit pricey but worth it for quality food!

Super kind lady helped me and she made my smoothie, but I noticed some old white man was talking down to her and also being mean to other customers and he was just definitely not a delight at all. I started to feel bad for the lady. He was being rude to. It didn’t make me wanna sit down and dine in there I could hear him yelling at her across the dining room and he was rolling his eyes at her and I don’t know what his problem was. She was pretty nice to him.

The staff here is so wonderful! I want to give a special review for Mark, he is so professional, accommodating, and more so, caring when it comes to his customer service! Being in the industry myself, and now as being a flight attendant, he exceeds so many expectations! Mark definitely deserves any promotion, recognition, and pay raise he gets. If I were someone in charge, there would be no question when it comes to giving him the highest recommendation, and I would stake even my own career on that, and that’s saying a lot.

Tonight (Sept. 4th) I ordered the chipotle chicken AVOCADO melt on DoorDash and it was pathetic… Not a single piece of avocado. Maybe a single ounce of chicken on the sandwich in total…
