There has definitely had to be a change of management. This used to be a good Papa John’s, but now it’s not worth the dirt on the bottom of my boot. We are currently waiting for our food to be delivered two hours later.

Ordered for takeout tonight, of course since it’s close to the holiday it was a bit busier than usual but the crew working tonight were rockstars! Kat and the whole team tonight were on top of it and very very accommodating to all of their customers! Their attitude was so amazing and positive even with how busy it was! The food was not even warm, it was cold. They advertised the pizza being here by 12pm, and it finally got here at 12:35. If it's going to be late, then don't start cooking the pizza at 11am, the time I ordered it.

I came in tonight and it was absolutely SLAMMED. Everyone was moving. Ovens were at capacity. There was a line in drive through 6 deep and a line inside 8 deep. Some were very rude to the female manager when the situation was out of her control. The rudeness of the customer was uncalled for and unnecessary. The manager kept her composure and kept the food moving out the door. You did great girl! The food industry is not easy and I wish more people could remember that when they are waiting.

For a busy Friday night, they did better than I thought. Like a well oiled machine.
I made my usual order today and I don't know who made it but I hope that they continue to make my order for me. My pizzas today were the best I had. And just in case they don't know what order I had, I ordered to spinach and mushroom pizzas and two six piece garlic parmesan wings. Loved it. Keep up the good work. I'm having to add to my review because for some reason it won't let me post a new review. I got a new order today my same mushroom and spinach pizzas with alfredo sauce but my pizzas came with red sauce instead of alfredo sauce. Would I called the restaurant, Kat made sure that are order was not only remade and delivered but she was friendly and professional. Kat needs a raise.

My Papadia was obviously dropped into the box by someone with a blindfold. In such a manner not befitting what I expect from Papa John's. After using a fork to scrape my toppings out of the box and placed them back in my papadia, I quickly realized there were only three small pieces of steak. I always say this location is hit or miss. Today was a miss. Do better.
