We tried it last month and was the worst pizza we had ever had and it’s not cheap!! Tried it again last night to get the special of 12.99 that pizza ended up costing us 33.00. What the hell!!! The worst pizza ever. Too many places to charge what they do and the quality is sub par go some where else!!

The absolute worst pizza we've had in a long time. One side was black and the crust was thin, and over baked. Not what we expected for a 18$ Works pizza. We've had Better Frozen Pizza from a Grocery store!. Walmart deli pizza is better than the crap y'all are trying to pass off as pizza. Management might want to hire employees that pay attention when you walk in other than piddling with things and ignoring customers, then helping drive through while we stood there. Waiting to pick up our order that was already made and paid for. Don't worry we want be back.

Both pizzas were gross. The crust was very bland & also doughy. Cheese was barley melted on the top & very LITTLE toppings on both pizzas as well. This location needs alot of improving as i can see in the previous reviews they are STILL repeating the same poor qualities as they did in the past.

This place is really hit or miss. The biggest issues that I’ve had with this store Is not getting the upgrades or extras added to the pizza that I’ve ordered.
Terrible pizza. Tasteless crust, very lipless sauce and VERYlittle toppings on “ the works” pizza.

If I could give 0 stars I would.The food was delivered two hours late and cold .After we paid 50 dollars, i'm very disappointed and would like my money back. This particular location should be shut down.

Found a hair in our pizza. Tried calling to report it, and of course they didn't answer the phone. This used to be a really great pizza spot, but this particular location has definitely fallen off.

Delivered the wrong pizza. The sticker on the side shows a different address than ours. Online directs you to call the store if there is a problem. The store does not answer the phone. This shop is miss managed. I love papa John’s pizza, but this location needs to have its managers retrained or fired.

Waited nearly 2hrs for a cold pizza. When delivery window wasn’t met we began calling, you can’t get a person on the phone or cancel the order. Called repeatedly and never got hold of a person at the restaurant. The $30 cold, congealed pizza is not worth eating.
