If I could give 0 stars I would.The food was delivered two hours late and cold .After we paid 50 dollars, i'm very disappointed and would like my money back. This particular location should be shut down.

Found a hair in our pizza. Tried calling to report it, and of course they didn't answer the phone. This used to be a really great pizza spot, but this particular location has definitely fallen off.

Delivered the wrong pizza. The sticker on the side shows a different address than ours. Online directs you to call the store if there is a problem. The store does not answer the phone. This shop is miss managed. I love papa John’s pizza, but this location needs to have its managers retrained or fired.

Waited nearly 2hrs for a cold pizza. When delivery window wasn’t met we began calling, you can’t get a person on the phone or cancel the order. Called repeatedly and never got hold of a person at the restaurant. The $30 cold, congealed pizza is not worth eating.

Pulled up to the carry out window. Server just opened the window and looked at me. No may I help you?….Ordered two papadias and when I got home. Barely any chicken or other meats on either papadia.

Don't waste your time! Ordered online and when I arrived they told me my pizzas were in the oven. 30 min later I overheard them talking to each other about how they forgot to make my pizza. I asked them "did you guys forget to make my order?" They replied "no we have it" but they did not. Heard them whispering again to each other. And I overheard one of them say to just give me these other pizzas and hope I didn't notice. They put two tiny pizzas in 2 extra large boxes and gave them to me. I of course checked and it was not my order. I was frustrated and tired so I asked for a refund and got one. But why lie about having my order?? Why lie again by trying to send me off with a smaller and cheaper meal that was clearly not what I ordered? So dishonest!! and I was literally the only order and person there! In no way were they busy. They had like 7 dudes working. What a pathetic and embarrassing staff. I used to work in a pizza place back in the day so I can definitely call out this BS. So don't go to this location. Save your time, your stress isn't worth it. Go to a different papa johns.

So the last time i called i put it on speaker. So I drove up there thinking maybe they are closed or will answer while im on hold....nope they were open. I guess they don't have a phone at this location. When I told them my name they said they have no order in their system with my name. So the girl tried by my phone number then walked off to get the manager. They came to tell me they can make them now for me and blamed it on door dash...an hour and a half after my order time with the place packed full of customers waiting. I have a feeling this a common problem after seeing all the recent reviews. Order from somewhere else. Hopefully they will actually give the refund. I'm sure I'll have to follow up with that as well.

We placed our order around 7 PM and didn’t receive it until 9:45 PM. We were unaware that Papa John's no longer has their own delivery drivers and uses DoorDash.
The food arrived ice-cold, and the pizza was VERY unappealing, there was barely any cheese and toppings, hardly any meat "we did Extra Meat", and the bread was visible all over, and half of it was hard as a ROCK! It looked like someone gave us leftover pizza from the afternoon.
We took pictures to document it. Even Domino’s and Pizza Hut consistently fill their pizzas, and they arrive hot and delicious. As someone who made pizzas for years, I’m shocked and concerned about who is training the employees at this location.
