Regarding Oak Harbor, WA store:
They put Parmesan cheese on my pizza, I did not order Parmesan. My husband and son are allergic to Parmesan, specifically tyramine, it causes vomiting and migraines. After driving 10 miles home, I saw the Parmesan on the pizza. I called to ask them to fix it, and I asked for compensation for driving back to the store, for my gas and time, thinking maybe a $10 gift card or store credit for the 20 mile round trip. Delicious wish I had one near me and visit there every week
(Wurzbach store) The Papa Murphy's app showed a $1.00, one topping medium pizza. My husband and I walked in and asked about the deal. It was my husband's birthday, and we thought we would pick up a pizza to celebrate. The employee at the cash register was professional and polite. He informed us that the deal might have expired.
