I cannot thank everyone enough for being so welcoming! I come in from out of town to go to the cancer center and this place is my little escape away. From the excellent organic coffee options to the perfect southern hospitality, you just cannot beat it! The cozy and warm atmosphere is perfect for diving into a great book. Will be stopping in everytime I come. Thank you for being you!

Great customer service. The staff is so welcoming and greet everyone that walks thru the door. Great selection of coffee drinks, smoothies, pastries, special seasonal drinks, and breakfast sandwiches made to order. Cute shop and great place to do work or study.

Came here for the firet time and it was so adorable! It smelled really good and was a really nice and peaceful environment. The staff were super friendly and kind and it was overall a nice place to be in. Definitely recommend

I stopped in at Percolate Brew & Boutique, while taking a walk. What a cute shop! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Lori Hart. As a small business owner myself, New Heights Counseling in Fort Walton Beach, FL, I understand how important excellent service and a friendly atmosphere are. I thoroughly enjoyed my cup of vanilla, cinnamon, and hazelnut brewed coffee, as well as our conversation. It’s clear that Lori genuinely cares about her community and serving a great cup of coffee! I highly recommend giving Percolate Brew & Boutique a try—you won’t regret it!

I literally had the most amazing conversation with the owner Laura just going in getting a cup of coffee. The coffee is great, they have many different varieties they have pastries from Heirloom Bakery, And they have several different items for any diet or diet restriction. I think it is not about a place being perfect but it's about having great community relationship with the people that work there.

Today was my first time at Percolate and my experience was fantastic. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, my coffee ( iced butter pecan latte) and croissant were delicious and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend!

I am a regular customer at Percolate. The menu is full of great selections for both hot and cold drinks as well as sweet treats and salty snacks! The staff are incredibly friendly and happy. Each time I walk in, I am greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. They’re great at modifications when it comes to creating your beverage. The atmosphere is perfect for those who want to be in an introverted cozy space. It’s decorated with themed pieces and inspirational messaging. Not only is this a great place but it’s right around the LINC trail so you can walk off the snacks :)
